At first when I got to know about this kind of thing,I thought that these nonsensical policing is restricted within the western world.However,just a few months back when I asked my cousin,who is currently working in one of the reputed companies in India,about the conditions existing in the corporate world,he told me that he was actually given a warning for sharing a light-hearted meme(You know the meme where jokes are made on how a typical woman and atypical man responds to a certain situation)on facebook.He also forwarded the email instantly to me to prove his claims.
Just thinking that spending my whole life,raising my voice against discrimination just to see that there is literally a systemic discrimination in progress against good men boils my blood.Luckily many western countries have now started recognising this stupidity and also raising a voice against it.However,I guess in my country situation will likely to get worse and I fear that there will be no mass outrage against it.
