It's heartbreaking looking at this video knowing that chances are it's family squabbling or legal problems that was the cause of abandonment. Goes to show that riches aren't everything. Love your videos Jon & Rihanna. Stay blessed 🙏❤️

Nice tour. It's baffling how something like this can be abandoned. Hopefully whatever situation that led to it being left to decay ends up being resolved so it can be restored to its former glory.

That's a WHOLE LOT OF HOUSE!!! The reason the floor in the basement is buckled is because of moisture. So there has to be more water damage and mold somewhere.

The car was a 83-88 generation Excalibur based on the Thunderbird/Cougar platform.
Early Excalibur cars were based on a Studebaker and can be worth a good bit.
They were inspired by Mercedes SS cars. Are considered kit cars.
If i were to guess that particular car in the garage might bring 20k-25k

Wow, that's a huge house, and although it still looked like it could be restored, it would probably cost way more than someone could get in profit re-selling it. Kinda sad to think about. It will slowly but surely keep on decaying in the years to come, and some day it's not worth anything, even demolishing the house would set you back several million dollars.

Looks like it “WAS” a beautiful place. A little surprised there was so many valuable items left there. Other than the cars, there was some High end Audio gear, McIntosh to be specific.
Great video, wish you could have showed a bit more of the rooms downstairs. Would have been nice to see what else was lurking and left behind.
BTW, from what I could see, the Movies were old Pioneer laser discs. This was the predecessor to the DVD.
