Probably going 15 to 20 miles over the speed limit in traffic and then they Wonder why somebody gets close to them and the biker gets pissed off. What a bunch of b. S. used to love Harleys, then i got my first bike, a sportbike. The way they treat anybody who doesn't ride a Harley is appalling. I get flipped off by Harley riders regularly. ever since then i refuse to wave to Harley riders unless they wave first.
strange here in oregon i never get flipped off by harley riders or even mc's they always give me the two fingers down salute even if im just cruising on either one of my scooters a 50cc or my buddy 170i or my kymco k pipe 125 around town, even had some of the gypsy jokers mc give me the two finger salute of riding respect while just bopping around doing errands a my little 50cc scooter going the other way

As it was explained to me, When passing an MC or Group of bikers "it's an act of respect" to ask. You don't know them, and they don't know you. They don't know WHO you are, and are watching their back. I'd feel the same way. Kind of like cars using blinkers to pass, engage, or move to a different lane. Bikes are NOT cars. When bikers are on the road, they are more vulnerable. You're not encased in metal cages (autos). The more respect & space you can give one another - the safer everyone is. Not everyone is a good guy. I believe by their strict regimen of "to be followed", they obviously have more of an understanding of this concept than most other riders. If you were so "unwanting" to engage with the Vagos WHY would you antagonize them? It's like you were craving to become the next on David Paulides CANAM Missing 411, except you son, would not have been taken by a Sabe, Dogman, or some other creepy wondering the wooded areas!
