If our cruise that was scheduled to depart for the Danube River Cruise on 2019 and was cancelled due to the pandemic and now Canada is not allowing us to leave the country and return, how on earth can we obtain a refund as we do not wish to wait until 2022 or 2023 PLEASE ADVISE I will be in my late 70's and my husbance will be in his 80's, we did not consider travelling in our late senior years, my husband has developed a lung issue that will only get worse as time goes by (IT HAS NO CURE) and we would not be able to obtain health insurance then? PLEASE RECONSIDER YOUR NO RETURN POLICY, WE PAID THE FULL AMOUNT WHEN WE BOOKED IN 2019 AND WE WOULD HAVE TRAVELLED IN 2019, IT IS NOW NOT POSSIBLE TO CONSIDER 2022 OR 2023.
