I think tail spin and rescue rangers cartoons were on one right after another back in the day. I used to watch those, I think I probably played this game at some point but wouldn't have been one I would have owned. Hilarious as usual :)
Well Roy Milican it would depend on which season of the Disney Afternoon, but I believe it was a safe bet that Chip & Dale's Rescue Rangers were just before Tailspin. I believe at one point it went Gummy Bears, Duck Tales, Chip & Dale's followed by Tailspin, but I may be wrong because I know Darkwing Duck came on at some point.
I think watching you guys play these old games is more fun than playing them nowadays. Watching you watch and try to sabotage some else playing this game was even more fun. Just hilarious
There are 3 people online I will religiously watch each episode they release. This is one of the episodes and I tell you, I love seeing the retro games, especially since I know most of the ones you play! Anyway, thanks so much for these videos, great to get some good humor and nostalgia after a long day of work!
I dig the headgear rugs. It looks like an adorably large Pokémon is trying to absorb your head with love, but can't quite dislocate its jaw far enough to fully swallow the head. That would make an adorable zombie plush costume.
This show actually meant a lot to me as a kid. It was touching and heartwarming and seemed very deep. Maybe if I revisited it now it would be more shallow, but at least in the context of my memory it was important.
I'm not sure why, maybe it's because I'm an only child, but I love your sibling chemistry! It gives a unique edge to these videos above other lets play video's.
I don't even watch the video, I just listen to this while I'm at work. Pretty sure it's even more hilarious when you don't know what the heck's going on and there's just random screams. At least that's what I tell myself. Either way, I enjoy it!
As epic as Sean's skills are (seriously what), if this show just had video games being played properly it would never be anywhere near as entertaining haha. I'm so glad we get one every week, they usually have me in tears laughing.
Loved meeting you @ NYCC on Saturday!!! I'm the one who kept telling you how cute you brother is! But you are Awesome and it was worth the wait to meet someone so sweet and kind! :) great vid!
Loved the Sean Becker onscreen cameo! Random factoid of the day. About 4 years ago, the finale episode of The Guild Season 2 was uploaded to TH-cam. In the fight scene, watch carefully, and you'll see that Ryon was an extra, often standing right behind Felicia. Oh, and that Guild episode was directed by Sean Becker. It's cool that so many years later, the three of them are still having fun together on Co-Optitude. Just like The Guild, this show features hilarious bonding via gaming :)
I've watched every episode of co optitude, some of them multiple times. Your videos are hilarious. I really like when you both make up fun back story and give each other a hard time like only siblings can. I.think it would be fun to watch you play Contra on the NES. Please keep making these videos, I really enjoy them. My favorite one is Goof Troop because you we're fighting so much and trying so hard to solve those puzzles. Just thinking about it makes me chuckle.
Such a good ep. Thanks for entertainment! It's good fun watching sibling bonding through cursing at each other and playing games. lol. PS - You make a cute chipmunk, Felicia!
From the first paragraph from wikipedia: Chip and Dale (also rendered as Chip 'n' Dale or Chip an' Dale) are two chipmunk cartoon characters created in 1943 at Walt Disney Productions. Their names are a pun based on the name of the famous 18th-century cabinet maker Thomas Chippendale. This was suggested by Bill "Tex" Henson, a story artist at the studio.
Best part of the episode was when Sean jumped in and played competently for Felicia. I can only watch her die in platforming games so many times. Sometimes her humor makes up for it, other times it doesn't. It's funny (and telling) that Sean was even ripping them. Hopefully the "ringer" gets brought in more often and perhaps contributes to the dialogue in the future.
Thank you! I enjoyed watching you learn how to play the game. Here is a tip if you ever decide to play it again: always have a block in hand (preferably the stone blocks because you can use them repeatedly). If you hide in a block then you'll be protected when an enemy runs into it. There was a show with a single woman and animals called Muppet Babies in the 80s.
Oh man I adored this game when I was little. Can't remember 100% if I finished it or not but many hours were sunk into this game. Makes me want to find my NES and play it.
Useful tip for anyone who, like me, had trouble telling Chip and Dale apart, or remembering which was which after you noticed the noses: Chip is the one whose nose looks like a chocolate chip.
An "off" episode but still very enjoyable. I've never been a console player and it's great to see Felicia and Ryon go at these things. A list of co-op games can be found on wikipedia btw.
As I recall, one of the main draws of this game was co-op sabotage, aka, taking out your frustrations on your fellow chipmunk brother... Also, +1,000 to the Bubble Bobble suggestion! I would love to see Felicia & Ryon play Bubble Bobble.
Good video, this one was a nice nostalgia trip. I remembered all those stages and the music. I also beat that game when I was around 8. I would like to see you play Dr. Mario even though it is not co-op. As always I will request Rock n' Roll Racing. Keep the series coming.
You know I've always sort of assumed that Felicia is a geek.. but what is she a geek _of_? I mean, if youi're a geek, it's because you have a very specific thing that you like right? But Felicia is beyond that, there's a pureness to her geekiness... she's like a geek-savant, a geek for geekiness sake.
You guys are amazing! Epic! The best possible iteration of whatever sort of things you are! Please, play video games where others can watch you, be that in a well lighted room with no curtains or here, on Co-Optitude! Also, in a nurturing-ly intense way I encourage -- nay, implore -- Ryon to stretch his arms over his head, revealing his tummy to the admiring public. Felicia, I positively goad you to go on being kind of bad at this. I mean, slightly more so even than Ryon. It's endearing. :)
This may have been the best episode yet. I dread the day when you run out of good game suggestions. If you aren't averse to shooters (I know you did Goldeneye), you should do Time Splitters 2. Had some great moments with my brothers playing that one.
I remember playing this when it was new. It was hard until I learned you could throw boxes straight up. And using the gray blocks to make stairs really made a kid think.
Watching you guys play these reminds me of playing these games with my little brother when we were kids! It was remarkably similar, minus the swearing. Except he was usually pretty good and I was terrible! :) I loved Rescue Rangers - especially Gadget, even though she was pretty, she was smart and cared more about science than her looks! I remember thinking she was a good example!
Hilarious! Love that Sean played it when he was 8 - & whilst I'm not going to assume his age, I'm guessing that was a while ago - but he was still good enough to complete the level while carrying Ryon. I couldn't stop laughing. Thanks :) btw, I don't really do computer games but just got Zelda A Link To The Past for my DS and I pretty much feel like I'm re-enacting an episode of co-optitute - I'm taking the Felicia role and getting frustrated with why I can't play a game made for kids :-\
Felicia Day and Ryon Day return to dial up your monday with Chip and Dale - stay tuned for a special singalong!
I had wondered when you would get to this game.
OMG. I LOVED that freakin' game.
Nice nod to Supernatural with the shirt.
I think tail spin and rescue rangers cartoons were on one right after another back in the day. I used to watch those, I think I probably played this game at some point but wouldn't have been one I would have owned.
Hilarious as usual :)

I believe at one point it went Gummy Bears, Duck Tales, Chip & Dale's followed by Tailspin, but I may be wrong because I know Darkwing Duck came on at some point.
One of my favorite games EVER from my childhood. This really took me back. Thanks guys!
You guys make my lunch breaks amazing! I look like a right fool giggling in the mall food court, i love it!
Co-Optitude consistently makes me laugh! I look forward to each new episode. Keep up the good work!
This is my favorite episode so far. It was great that you guys needed a ringer to help out lol.
Love this show! You two make my Mondays so much more enjoyable.
Had a lot of fun with my friends playing this game back in the day.
I think watching you guys play these old games is more fun than playing them nowadays. Watching you watch and try to sabotage some else playing this game was even more fun. Just hilarious
Great co-optitude! As always this makes me want to game with my brothers again!
There are 3 people online I will religiously watch each episode they release. This is one of the episodes and I tell you, I love seeing the retro games, especially since I know most of the ones you play! Anyway, thanks so much for these videos, great to get some good humor and nostalgia after a long day of work!
Keep up the great work in cooptitude guys! I really look forward to the show every week, one of the few things I have to look forward to on Mondays.
I love these videos! They are why I subscribed in the first place. Please keep making them guys!!
Another great co-optitude, gotta love anything with Felicia Day in it she is aaaaaawsome. Loved it thanks for making the show
Omg I love you guys! Always brighten my day!
the greatest show ever this is the only thing in every week i look forward to
I dig the headgear rugs.
Felicia doing her chipmunk voice is so adorable :)
This is, hands down, my favorite show in Geek & Sundry.
Please, keep doing Co-Optitude!!!! Every episode is funny, every time.
I'm not sure why, maybe it's because I'm an only child, but I love your sibling chemistry! It gives a unique edge to these videos above other lets play video's.
I loved this game when I was younger. Glad you two played it.
The videos are great and truly cheer me up whenever I am having a bad day at work. So congrats guys and keep up the work! :)
Oh my goodness... I NEED FELICIA'S SHIRT!! That's awesome!!
I always did love Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers. Though I may have been a little biased.
Great Video! Keep them coming, they are the highlight of my day!
So far, i've watched each one of your Co-optitude. Keep it up guys
I don't even watch the video, I just listen to this while I'm at work. Pretty sure it's even more hilarious when you don't know what the heck's going on and there's just random screams. At least that's what I tell myself. Either way, I enjoy it!
Haha! "You're ruining my day" should be your new catch phrase.
this was one of my all-time favorite games as a child
Co-Optitude is by far the best thing on youtube
Please don't ever change. I for one enjoy watching you guys suffer through games. :P
As epic as Sean's skills are (seriously what), if this show just had video games being played properly it would never be anywhere near as entertaining haha. I'm so glad we get one every week, they usually have me in tears laughing.
I'm impressed you guys made it past the first level. My sisters and I could never resist the urge to throw each other into monsters and things.
Loved meeting you @ NYCC on Saturday!!! I'm the one who kept telling you how cute you brother is! But you are Awesome and it was worth the wait to meet someone so sweet and kind! :) great vid!
Please, Felicia, don't EVER stop doing these videos!
Loved the Sean Becker onscreen cameo!

I met Felicia Day at New York Comic Con this past Saturday. Best moment ever.
Co-Optitude is the only good thing about Mondays. Never stop making them.
I love this show. Makes me laugh every times
hands down one of my favourite things to watch on youtube!
I love these guys... Best show ever, tied with TableTop!
I've watched every episode of co optitude, some of them multiple times. Your videos are hilarious. Probably my favorite thing I've seen all day.
Thanks for making these videos, You guys are awesome.
Omg that chipmunk voice was adorable.
I'm watching this instead of obsessively playing Pokémon Y, can't be more positive than that :D
Such a good ep. Thanks for entertainment! It's good fun watching sibling bonding through cursing at each other and playing games. lol.
PS - You make a cute chipmunk, Felicia!
I use to love Chip n' Dale Rescue Rangers when I was a kid.
"Chip and Dale! Rescue Rangers!
Chip and Dale! Rescue Rangers!"
Is it bad that I burst out laughing EVERY time they do the "Lunch pick of the week" gag? :P
From the first paragraph from wikipedia:

In a bizarre way the Lunch Pick of the Week is really interesting XD
I lost it at that part
wow this brings back memories! loved this game growing up!
I loved this game. This might be the first game I ever played with my siblings or a game as a whole. Ah nostalgia.
Felicia's chipmunk voice: Adorable, terrifying. Adorifying.
Loved Zipper the fly & Gadget the girl mouse, but Monterey Jack was my most favorite other than Chip & Dale! Co-Optitude is friggin' awesome!
the lunch pick of the week kept me on the edge of my seat
Keep on making these hilarious videos! I really enjoy them.
P.S. You should do Bubble Bobble.
You should know that I have a chipmunk loose in my house right now and I found this video HIGHLY INSENSITIVE.
Loving the episode without even seeing it just because of that epic game!!
That shirt is so dope. Charlie is probably my favorite character ever.
Thank you! I enjoyed watching you learn how to play the game. Here is a tip if you ever decide to play it again: always have a block in hand (preferably the stone blocks because you can use them repeatedly). If you hide in a block then you'll be protected when an enemy runs into it.

Felicia's shirt is A+++
Did better than I did playing it at the grocery store when I was 6 years old. *thumbs up*
i cried when the ringer came in and just blazed through with you on his back
That was awesome. Thank you for making me laugh!
I so needed a smile today, thank you
Their conversations are like trying to look up anything on the internet- loaded with sidetracks, back alleys and non sequitors.
omg Felicia your women of letters shirt is amaaazing :) Great video guys!
As I recall, one of the main draws of this game was co-op sabotage, aka, taking out your frustrations on your fellow chipmunk brother... Also, +1,000 to the Bubble Bobble suggestion! I would love to see Felicia & Ryon play Bubble Bobble.
These videos always make me laugh (not in a mocking way. In a good way)
Good video, this one was a nice nostalgia trip. I remembered all those stages and the music. I also beat that game when I was around 8. I would like to see you play Dr. Mario even though it is not co-op.
As always I will request Rock n' Roll Racing. Keep the series coming.
I f*cking LOVED that game as a kid. Love that you can brain each other with and throw each other.
The two of you totally crack me up!
"I want a salad"
I don't know why but that made me snurk my beverage with laughter.
This was the first console game i played, good memories cheers guys!
The fact you had to look up Talespin makes me appreciate my childhood alot more
I love to see these guys play a game they are great at! Sean was brill though!
you guys are funny. this immediately reminded of me and my little sister when growing up.
Love the women of letters shirt! Its so cool!
Ya. So cool that Felicia 'Charlie' is wearing a Supernatural tshirt. Awesome, I totally want one.
I do too :)
Ryon: That didn't work.
Felicia: *oh let me try the same thing*
Perfect.
You guys are amazing! Epic! The best possible iteration of whatever sort of things you are! Please, play video games where others can watch you, be that in a well lighted room with no curtains or here, on Co-Optitude!

Felicia, I positively goad you to go on being kind of bad at this. I mean, slightly more so even than Ryon. It's endearing. :)
This is my favorite show on this channel.
My brother and I had some great times with this game.
Lovely touch having LJN make the C&D dance game.
This may have been the best episode yet. I dread the day when you run out of good game suggestions. If you aren't averse to shooters (I know you did Goldeneye), you should do Time Splitters 2. Had some great moments with my brothers playing that one.
I find it hilarious that whilst playing a game where chipmunks could talk and shit, both of them questioned the bug living long enough to be useful
Felicia: I love your Supernatural shirt! It's awesome!!!
Ryon: LOL what happened to Dale's ear?!
I remember playing this when it was new. It was hard until I learned you could throw boxes straight up. And using the gray blocks to make stairs really made a kid think.
I have to say I really enjoy the lunch pick of the week.
This was one of my favorite NES games back in the day. :)
I had that game. ^__^ So many things what I have forgotten I remember because of this show. I miss those games a lot.
There's definitely a link in the video there to the geekandsundry site where you can find the video of them singing...
Hilarious! Love that Sean played it when he was 8 - & whilst I'm not going to assume his age, I'm guessing that was a while ago - but he was still good enough to complete the level while carrying Ryon. I couldn't stop laughing. Thanks :)

"Look at him juking back and forth like Muhammed Ali there"
ahahahahahaha :D
