Can we all just agree that space games are space games and all of them are very fun to play? Have your favorites if you want, like all of em the same if you want, but all are very enjoyable.
@@dannyboydeluxfromthebigitybay that's very subjective. Elite has slower paced combat that requires heavy micromanagement of your boost cycles and pips. The on foot combat is also very damage spongy. Star citizen combat is more fast paced without much damage sponge. Larger ship battles will naturally take longer, but fighter to fighter combat is quick and fast without as much micromanagement. The on foot combat is also very fast paced. If you get caught off guard, you're likely dead. It has a fast ttk. No man's sky is extremely fast paced and arcade like with the space combat. On foot combat? It's REALLY hard to die. Space engineers combat is based on your creativity. You have to decide which ship components are important to protect (and how many of them you want to have) and where your ship weapons will be most beneficial to fire from. I can't say anything on the other game's const as I don't own them, but iirc astroneers doesn't have combat
@@Null24 I'd add that Empyrion combat is varied in that you have auto weapons that you program to target particular parts of the enemy (generators, turrets, thrusters etc.) whilst also having manual weapons of different types. Of course there's also the on foot fps side of the game when you are looting enemy POIs or defeated ships.
I mean we all have between 20 and 70 years worth of gaming to do... even if you play them all there is still decades worth of time left for other games ..
Ok! I'm freaked! Had to pause within seconds. I'm a big fan of NMS and I'm reviewing vids for Elite, however, I am also a fan of Futurecop, this song was on my TH-cam music playlist (with The 5th Element as the music video) and it was recently deleted. This just made me emotional.
yeah but no hahahha I love Elite but man, the Elite's portion of this video is: ship launching, ship flying, ship landing. Put that into perspective side by side with the other games in this video and man. . .. . T-T
@@Cryptorocker2000 What does that even mean? The game is being updated (and fixed) constantly, the latest update is in Experimental now. It's a great game and at £6.70 in the Steam sale it's an absolute bargain.

Which one has the best combat

Any chance of an updated comparison video that includes Empyrion?
No Mans Sky and Elite seem to be the most completed.

no man's sky is too cartoony, the art style and arcadey aspects are a big turn off.
For you maybe
That's what makes it better
@@notsosolowing1295 yeah
I like it that way
NMS and Astroneer are good for those cartoony art styles. It brings characteristics to the games
