I don't get it - it seems to be build very well, and completly matches the lowrider lifestyle. So does ist matter, if it will go on 3? To me the rev wires in front looked a little bit to wide - but it took me just a few minutes and now I'd like to have one, too. Maybe kind of personal favor.

So I'll stay with my juiced 1984 Regal and my 1982 bagged Box-Chevy. I love'em both. ;)
A small block chevy with the T-350 trans is a 250,000 mile combo if treated well. The aluminum 4.9 caddy engines were abortions from day one. The trans sucks nearly as bad...and the car itself is more FWD malibu than anything else. You can buy a mint 5.7 powered rear drive caddy for under 5 grand...why would you waste your time on one of these? Another often-overlooked car is the Olds 88 RWD/Pontiac Catalina. Any of these can be VERY cheaply re-powered with LSX engines (5.3/4.8/6.0) and 4L80 or 4L60 transmissions. Full sized GM car with 350 HP and 3.43 gearing that gets 25MPG highway and will last beyond 300,000 miles with very little wrenching. Folks have their reasons for building different vehicles...who is to say what is the right one? Like people who spend 25,000 to make a japanese grocery machine to be ALMOST as quick as a stock Z28...only to have it blow up in 3,000 miles because the engine is seeing 20+PSI... Never understood that whole 'ricer' movement either. Lets spend 6K on a 240Z inline 6 (that is heavier than an LSX) to get almost 300 HP out of it...when for 2K, you can bolt in LSX power that works forever, drives nice...etc etc etc. I understand people want something different and that's cool. (PS, wanna see some seriously wasted cash? Look into the VW aircooled bus movement. The Subaru conversions (GAG) talk about wasted money...)
