Expressing gratitude to God is really helpful with depression from what I have learned. When I was depressed intentionally expressing my gratitude really gave me something to be happy about during the day if I couldn’t find anything else. I find myself complaining sometimes and I have to stop and pray for forgiveness cause that thing I’m complaining about someone else is praying for.
Ever since I started watching you, you encouraged me to be productive every single day. Im so inspired by you by your teachings at productiveness. But it's not that easy and I have been in a rough spot for sometime now . But I am trying to spend less time on the phone and study more instead and also have a better social life. And after so many months of only procrastinating and not doing anything , I think I have finally started working harder , at least a little bit . It's still a struggle but it feels so much better .
