Hi Maya-- I was a special education teacher but resigned in 2018 when my daughter was first diagnosed with cancer. Unfortunately, she passed away 7 days ago at the age of 26. I am heartbroken, but I am trying to carry on with my daily routines of reading my Bible, etc. I haven't been 100% successfull, but I am trying. Thank you for making videos.

Aurelia I place my alarm on the other side of my room and make sure you go to bed as many hours you need before. Ex- You wake up at 6. And you need 9 hours of sleep... go to sleep at 9:00. And once your up, wash your face and chug some water! It will keep you up! 🙂
