I will believe this price point when it actually is for sale. there is nothing you can find online, outside of these videos, that shows a price less than 39K.
@iverse2419 - People like you are so cute. What is the first thing in the video muppet? $21000 I've looked through their site to get the prices I posted, so you can't do basic research or reading it seems. You just keep repeating "tax credit" like a frog croaking.
There are a ton of videos stating that this truck has a 500 mile range. I just went to their website and it clearly states 200 miles. If they can get it made, it won't be close to $21,000........maybe 58,000. I think they have some super ideas. They will run out of money before they get to production..........................unless Apple gets smart and buys the company. Apple could make it viable.
This is the 2nd video I've seen touting a model with a range of 500 miles and I'd love to see a source for that; because Canoo's own website only promises 200+ mile range on the trucks. A 500 mile range model at even double the stated price would be a game changer; but I see no evidence that they are currently planning a model with that much range anytime soon.
I love the LV Minivan!!! And with the Tesla Charging System, this is THE PERFECT COMBINATION for me, a Minivan Lover for its convenience, comfort, spaciousness and versatility!!!!
Don't rely on a-hole Musk. US now putting electric charging stations underneath paved roads. It is just a small box and not those ugly-looking self serving Musk shenanigans. First installment started in Detroit. But we also bought/reserved an Apterra which is the first Solar-EV in the US. It just starts at $25k. But we are thinking of supplementing our Solar vehicle Apterra with a Canoo. Why not use the Sun's 384.6 septillion watts of power to drive your car? And the Sun will not die it about 5-7 Billioin years.
I'd love to see a video on the Canoo Pickup that isn't just a non stop stream of over the top hype and BS. Every vid I've seen so far is the same. Makes me think this Canoo Pickup is nothing but a fantasy.
Gave them my deposit. a couple of years ago... no communication ever since. Although posted 3 weeks ago, this is poorly out of date, and doesn't inspire much confidence reusing footage generated a couple of years ago. I hope they get it together...
I don't think you have the "-Incredible 500-mile range" information correct. On Canoo's site, they state "RANGE 200+ MI" but the HP stat is "TARGETED HP 500+".
I'll believe it when I see it in production. I like most everything about this vehicle. But the promotion has been going on for several years now with no option to buy one that I have come across...What's up with that. Sandy Monroe likes it but where is it?
WRONG! Canoo says they are projecting the pickup will go for $30,000 when it finally goes on sale. BUT, the 4 door military pickup, if it is made available to the public at all, will cost $$$$$$. ! !
The fact of Chinese investors behind this stunning effort will likely and sadly put a full stop to my interest. It will depend upon how they handle service and maintenance when (and if) the company begins to market vehicles. A few thousand unicorns on the highways may turn heads, but service after the sale is absolutely required.
@@asval45 for those that tow it does matter. Payload is only a piece of the equation, then you can add in max tongue weight ect. Yes poor payload will obviously reduce max towing weight.
So...within 13 seconds, you contradict the webpage by indicating a 500-MILE RANGE, while the official website states a relatively modest 200-MILE RANGE for the pickup. Double the range and integrate solar panels, please, providing at least a modicum of recharging autonomy, and make the total solar panel wattage scalable with a Plug-and-Play port. Thank you.
The American EV industry is suffering because trucks are not affordable. I am hoping that CANOO learns from FORD's experience and do not overprized their vehicles.
So some facts here: I can’t find anywhere that it will have 500 miles of range and with an 80 kW battery (advertised with 40, 60, or 80 options) it will NEVER reach 500 miles and that’s why it is advertised at 200+ miles. You would need a MINIMUM of a 190kW battery pack size with 2170 cells it would literally be almost half the size of the Canoo truck. Second, 20-80% in 24 minutes is advertised for the 80kW battery pack. To charge a 190kW battery you would need to have a 350kW charger to charge in the same 24 mins. Cuz…. You know….. math.
I love this truck, but they have to get rid of the lithium in the batteries. Once the battery technology advances to deal with the extreme cold and hot temperatures, i will be the first in line. If you want to buy a canoo, do they ship it to you< who can service the canoo?
A low ridong pickup truck. It could sell really well with farmers, as they have a struggle trying to find good trucks for them. Many trucks nowdays are to high up off the ground, making it difficult for them to get chores, and their jobs done.
I lived on farms growing up. I can't imagine a low riding PU truck out in the fields. What I want is high clearance with real 4WD, not wimpy get stuck AWD.
If the reality is 90% of the hype, it's a no brainer. Unfortunately, there's been a lot of BS thrown around in this segment of the market by Tesla who has failed to deliver on about 90% of what they've promised, so buyer beware. It sure does sound good though!
I am getting tired of companies with products that won't be out for 1, 2, 3, or 4 years down the road. Put down a deposit and wait. This looks great but like the CT I'll be dead before I get the call....
Great presentation .I love this truck design & features but around $50K will be more realistic . The market dictates the price , here . Hopefully they will not go bankrupt by then .
Oh...and while you're addressing my design suggestions, below...why the hell couldn't you find a US CITIZEN ZILLIONAIRE to back this venture, instead of selling out to a CHINESE VENTURE CAPITALIST. WTF X 1000!!! Good job jack-heads.
Clickbait site trying to get views. Use the thumbs down every time you come across these and help make them go away. How does this site even have 217 subscribers?
This is all talk. There won't ever be a sub $30,000. EV in North America unless its been built overseas. 🦉. They've got less than 50 employees at the moment.
Thanks for watching everyone!

Love the canoo, i like the modular design. What is in the camper version?
How can I purchase shares. Also ,is there a waiting list that I can get on for this truck. Does it have rear seats?
Just purchased 2100 shares. Lets go Canoo!!
The question is really, will they ever be built?
First 1000 has been delivered to the State of Oklahoma which are the first commercial automobiles built in-state since 2006
I will believe this price point when it actually is for sale. there is nothing you can find online, outside of these videos, that shows a price less than 39K.
I expect the $21k price will be for government contracted fleet price. Retail is probably closer to $60k.
@@cookinginpawleys - that seems to be more along the price online. These videos are misleading with this price point

If Apple buys them, it’ll suddenly become an $80,000 truck.
Will never be sold in America at that price.

Did Canoo tell you that? How would you know?
Same thing will happen to it like the Cybertruck. The price is going to be jacked up.
First batch delivered to the state of Oklahoma as part of a deal for up to 1,000 units. Walmart has ordered 3,500.
I think that will be around 40000/50000 $

The problem with Canoo is. It is great concept, but lacking the reality of it coming out production.
I'd love to see a video on the Canoo Pickup that isn't just a non stop stream of over the top hype and BS. Every vid I've seen so far is the same. Makes me think this Canoo Pickup is nothing but a fantasy.
I love the truck version of this! Of course it will be $60k. If there is a $30k version, its range will be like 100 mi.
Cyberyruck gets the press but this truck is more functional…and hopefully affordable. Creative thinkers designed this gem.
Oh Look were all being bombarded with the latest and the greatest!
I have invested in this company and I hope they make it in the market as an investor I will buy one
That is what I want. It is an updated and better version of the Honda Element.
If it is under $30k I will take the van version today.
Gave them my deposit. a couple of years ago... no communication ever since. Although posted 3 weeks ago, this is poorly out of date, and doesn't inspire much confidence reusing footage generated a couple of years ago. I hope they get it together...
Kudos to you for sharing all this info on the new Canoo. Can you Canoo, I want to?
I don't think you have the "-Incredible 500-mile range" information correct. On Canoo's site, they state "RANGE 200+ MI" but the HP stat is "TARGETED HP 500+".

Poster is including the $7500 rebate in the under 30k statement.
Range is only 200 miles. That just killed it
In my experience, that is more than sufficient for my needs.
Been waiting years for Canoo. Still no production schedule or retail sales. Invested in Aptera Motors instead. Taking delivery next year.
Canoo,,,,this will be a wait and see, but if the solid state batteries become available, this could be a game changer.
The fact of Chinese investors behind this stunning effort will likely and sadly put a full stop to my interest. It will depend upon how they handle service and maintenance when (and if) the company begins to market vehicles. These are getting like 200 miles of range. NOT 500. They also can only charge up to 150kW. That being said these things are still SUPER cool.
hellyeah! 🇺🇸
I wish it had a tow compacity of at least 7500lbs. Other than that, I love it
Tow capacity means nothing, payload is what matters
@@asval45 for those that tow it does matter. Payload is only a piece of the equation, then you can add in max tongue weight ect. Yes poor payload will obviously reduce max towing weight.
Where are the local dealers? Is it really being manufactured yet? Is this another Aptera like project?
So much hype so little time.
I would buy this for construction
Wow it's perfect vacle
They had me up until “ Canoo, backed by Chinese investment “
Real MSRP is $7500.00 + $22,000.00 = $29,500 + tax and license+ dealer markups.
But I love my Chevro-lotto Silva-rado 😂 3:35
I like hope it comes to America 🇺🇸

The person doing the presentation give conflicting information at 8:29 regarding battery size. Need to clarify.
Great truck.
The American EV industry is suffering because trucks are not affordable. I am hoping that CANOO learns from FORD's experience and do not overprized their vehicles.
Are these ranges with constant heat or AC on. Otherwise they’re not true ranges for all EV’s.
So some facts here:
I can’t find anywhere that it will have 500 miles of range and with an 80 kW battery (advertised with 40, 60, or 80 options) it will NEVER reach 500 miles and that’s why it is advertised at 200+ miles. If the range is claimed to be 200 miles then I would not bet on going over 150 miles especially with a load in the bed, towing, or in cold weather.
Why is this saying 500 mile range, when the website says 200 mile range?
Tesla lover , I want that truck, I am sold I want it to be my last vehicle 😇😁🙏🏽🔥❤️🦁
Lets see the Crash Test!🤔

Sodium batteries are apparently here!
Another channel for the ignore bin.
Mines ordered! How about the first ten being raffled? $50 a ticket and limited to 1000 entries for each truck.
Where and When Can I Get The Aw Truck...❓
I'll take a canoe with one of those Toyota water motors.
James Fyne still there in power ?
Yes

LDV130 ... please.
I’d buy one but there’s no way they will be sold under $30k because airbags and dot standards alone would drive the price over that.
IT'S HAPPENING! For real? Or maybe it takes an additional 10 years?
You sold me when compared to the FC150 FC170. Fun design but I’m sure Canoo will be much more dependable
More of a truck than the Cyber Truck
I thought I saw another video that said it towed 7,000 lb. Am I crazy?
ChevroLead? Fits
If this was a hybrid I’d be a fan, I will never have a cordless vehicle ever, cordless drill yes, car no
What Elon's Ganjatruck could have been if he didn't smoke so much pot. Too bad they have so much financial problems that it may never see the streets.
It looks nice but you can forget the 30k pricetag.
It has been a few years in the making...
I was so excited until...
... Faraday Future.
Id like to hear from people who received theirs.
And let’s see a crash test rating.
