Fix: Spotify Shortcuts Won't Work with Spotify Short Links

When you run my Spotify Shortcuts from Spotify share sheet, it may not work, because Spotify use short links now. My shortcuts can't get playlist ID or track ID from the short link.
Get the shortcut from rountinehub:
