Happy New Years! -- Just to inform that all the battle has been completely remade compared to previous battle I've posted. Most pokemon has been changed or even the strategy is different. Some remain unchanged but I think there's only 2 of them from all the video.
Funny thing. I was challenging against Cynthia in BD before midnight. A couple minutes later after midnight, 2022, I was able to take down her ferocious Garchomp. I beat her on my first try! What a glorious way to kick off the new year.
I wholeheartedly agree. Truth is that the friendship focus sash almost saved me, but I think that I would’ve barely beat her, even without any affection. The truth is that I started going Sinnoh All-Star Squadron when I heard about the most difficult battle in all of BDSP, and after I barely beat her, I decided to EV Train my Pokémon and change up the team for the rematch.
That’s only because, for whatever reason, they hate casuals and want to force me to play competitive, something I try to avoid like the plague. When I get to Cynthia I’ll set up Rocks with Garchomp, sacrifice someone so I can switch to Manaphy, use an X Speed, set up 2 Tail Glows, and then sweep her team with Surf, Energy Ball, and Ice Beam. These guys think I’ll play by their rules and learn about competitive play? Not. This. Time. I’ve said it before, and it bears repeating. I. Hate. Competitive. Pokémon. If they think forcing me to play competitive will make me interested in it, they’ve got another thing coming!
@@milesstorzillo3013 funny... me and my friends who play casually think this is a step up. who barely cared about competitive. We actually enjoyed alot of the champions fights. However post gen 5 we realize there wasn't as much fun. We enjoyed Leon and that's it. Until this fight of course

Me beating the gym leaders in Brilliant Diamond: this is really easy, Pokemon is easy now Elite Four with their Hidden Abilities, items, and trick rooms: u wot m8
I had more trouble with the last two elite 4 than with Cynthia in brilliant Diamond. I’ll never forget the fear of flint baton passing his minimize boosted drifblim into his infernape. Cynthia was actually not hard for me, my Gliscor and Togekiss swept her
The Champions, AKA the Final Boss, is always the best part of the game. They are the final test to prove yourself worthy of taking their crown and become king of the respective region. Cynthia, Iris, and Leon are my favorites. I don't count Red because he is technically the Player Character from Gen 1 but he is still awesome in the Gen 2 games.
Kinda funny how Sylveon didn’t actually manage to land a hit on Hawlucha and just got destroyed in one and a half turns. The speed stat of some Pokémon can make battles with them reaaaaally cheap at times… I’m looking at you, Whitney’s Miltank.

i lost like 5 times to bdsp cynthia, 5th time my garchomp was my last pokemon, he ko'd her garchomp but rough skin said "nice try". i won at the 6th battle because of my torterra using grass knot (it was at yellow hp and her garchomp at red). to say the least it was challenging and i loved it
I beat Cynthia first try (mainly because I had bought an excessive amount of revives). However, I beat the League second try. And to think that I was almost foiled by Cynthia's Garchomp having a Poison-type move.
My suicune became a literal gigachad in gen 2 because Charizard used wing attack And suicune survived on 2 hp (No focus sash) And beated the champion with the 2 hp suicune Give some respect to suicune for holding and good luck

How nobody else talks about every Pokédex holders, which is all protagonists/main characters are the champions after the games? Like Game Freak already gave the example such as Red in Gold & Silver version. I am REALLY HOPING that one day, there will be a Pokémon Battle World Tournament (Take PWT from B2W2 for instance) that they give us the opportunity to battle Champion Leaf, Ethan, Kris, Lyra, Brendan, May, Lucas, Dawn, Hilbert, Hilda, Nate, Rosa… and new champions so on…! Other than only Red. Either we can have the privilege to link our Gen 1-9 game characters team to one game console to battle or we can see the default team for every generation Pokémon playable character’s team. Better let this happens in the next future Pokémon games. ✨

He defeated Alder, yes, but probably didn't accept the Title, or had no time to do the formalities because protag barged in soon after (he is battles as "Team Plasma N", not "Champion N") Then after defeating N, we aren't the Champions (while we should, technically), but after defeating Alder in the postgame, we are. The theory is that N resignated after the incidents in the Pokemon League (which makes his reign as short, if not shorter than Blue's), and gave the title back to Alder, but that's a bit of a stretch, honestly.
I think after defeating N...I'm the champion. If you are saying we needed to be champion after defeating alder then its still a question why Alder is still champion and living in pokemon league if I defeat him several times. So I think N is a champion as he won gym badges and pokemon league and Alder is still given as a full time champion just because of a game...rather players wont get thrills

I once, in one of the fanmade games, created custom team (with custom, but not completely broken, movesets; those were mostly legal), intended it to be an "Insane difficulty" team, and fought it. *And then this happened:* _The opposing Garchomp used Dragon Dance_ _Its' Attack rose sharply_ _Its' Speed rose sharply_ The worst part...? It was a Mega Garchomp (and I forget about the Field - halving the damage of Ice attacks and doubling the DD effect) Honestly, I don't think I've ever beaten it. I've... created a monstrosity. Especially that Sacronian Mega Tyranitar (custom-made Pokemon). BST of 750, and 3000+ EVs total... was a mistake
