Why aren’t you teaching them how to test the flow turbine before stripping it out? 4.9 volts out 2.4 coming back. Do that on site and things get awkward with customers after travelling to the merchants and you find it’s the harness or PCB.

Never use a screwdriver on a iso valve , either a small spanner or in the case of a vaillant use an Allen key...🤔
