I seen a documentary about people living on island away from all civilisation and no technology accessibility and they looked happier, healthier and much more energetic compare that to people from any other country in the world we ourselves suffer 98% from the inside. 🤔☝🏾

When Sadhguru saying life is not suffering he refer to life stripped of its illusions. The world of suffering is the world of illusions......like your world......and mine. But the topic here is if YOU want to suffer with it because you are attracted to their illusions.
The only thing I suffer from is people,I can't understand why they can't see the value of life and how they treat it so valueless and swap it for stuff they think will enhance their life but it doesn't and never will, people collect treasurer's they can't take when they become dead I spend all my time collecting treasurer's I can take with me and there all inside me so I don't have to look far and my life is awesome

suffering is the way to happiness like everything comes with a price if you want to be strong you have to suffer exercise and you get stronger, you want to get knowledge you study you get it but its all suffering . In order to have anything worth something you have to suffer it's just how it is. I m a christian i didn't understand why Christ had to suffer and die on cross, i think i m closer to this mystery now than ever.
