On the wall at Circuit City. the difference between the Reference, and Kappa lines of Infinity components was certainly contrasting. So much so, that Kappas is what I put in 30 yrs later! Love them, but I would consider the Recoils mainly bc I know a guy! His reccomendations are good as gold!

I have a 2010 Jetta se that has a 3 way in it now from CT Sounds. So it had an option for the fender audio system that was 3way up front and 2way it the rear. So all jettas had openings for 3ways at least this model year

One day, I'll be able to put my 8x Channel DSP and Amp to full use.... I want to add some 6.5" to the glove box area and some new 6.5" to my Tour Pack Pods( had Kappa 60.9CS in there until a fat bottom girl was pushing against them while riding 🤣) currently using some newer JBL 608C....
Going with cicada is almost 1200$ to replace all 3 areas.... that's why we're so thankful for budget brands with solid products!

I just purchased 3 recoil amps. 2 of them being the 1200.4’s. I want to run them at 4 ohms bridged but unfortunately can’t use recoil 6.5s for my set up because y’all don’t have a 300 watt rms 8ohm 6.5.

Patrick it seems like you sell the same Recoil stuff but for some reason at lower price point. Example : in the comments you said you can sell the 3 way components for around $160 but the Recoil site sells for $200+ So ….. if I want Recoil stuff can I just get it through you for a better price point? Also do have any videos on the Recoil DSP? I can’t change my Lexus radio and I am more on the SQ side but loud. So I need a DSP to eliminate the set crossover points. My Audio Control L7ci is working great but it’s just not for me.

So, i have to be honest, i assumed recoil was just another brand that was okay at best and i just didnt pay too much attention to it until yesterday i watched the dyno test and noticed it does rated so i went on the website and it has some decent equipment..not many subs but if i was in the market for a 5 channel, i would definitely go with recoil
lol. Ratings are just marketing no matter which way you go. Boss uses it as marketing to, "The Poors". I tried to argue for Recoil to only rate their amps what they are, but they are right. People still like to see that MAX rating due to the industry abuse on the subject. In the end, and amp not sold or used is just a useless weight. So on the RED 1200.1, they list the MAX as 2500w.

More power is much a gimmick or bragging point for Lil d having idiots. If one ran a true 3 way elec crossover through three separate purpose applied amps um 50 rms or maX of 100rms is like bloody ear screaming when sculpted to the right driver like soft dome mids n tweets on a combined 50 rms would blow your mind if x over at correct points besides screaming clarity is much more acceptable. There's a ton of loss with passive xovers and more with extreme rms using drivers that can't dream that rms on any day.

It’s so obvious that so many middle tier brands are simply all the same thing and just rebranded. NVX, D4S, CT to name a few. I do find that NVX seems to be a bit better in SQ. What do I know I have all Harmon Stuff (infinity)

The SAM handle a little bit more power and I think they look better. Again that's why I came out with the GONZO Zen 65 components until I can get the Joker / shiny carbon fiber series which is what everybody wants.

This is currently a passive solution so you only need 2 channels. You can of course buy a 5 ch amp and dedicate one amp per side, (Which is my dream system).
