As a Chick-fil-A employee, I only see one mistake. The oil we use to cook the chicken isn't actually oil, it's holy water (we boil the hell out of it, that's why it looks like that). That way we make sure we only give out the holiest chicken
Remember in the 80’s at fashion plaza mall West Covina they had samples all the time. Also the color was different, it was a darker brown finish to the nuggets.

Coming From someone that used to work kitchen in a chick-fil-a. This is 100% accurate, they even made sure to stir up the nuggets after dropping then in the oil which if not done can cause batches to not be cooked fully.

Most of the time fast food restaurants use frozen nuggets that are shipped to them and they usually consist of blended meat parts and made into a chicken paste and then formed into the nugget shapes.

For grilled chicken, all it is is the chicken from bags again, and grilled marinade. The only pickle we ever use is after the chicken is done, we put two pickles on the bottom bun and put the filet on top, and serve it.
Chickfila was my very first job as a teen. I can attest to how clean their kitchen is. We stayed until like 11 pm every night scrubbing the kitchen, equipment and the floors. The only place that I loved to eat there despite having worked there as well. And this is why Chickfila is more expensive and is proud of their food. You want quality - you get it.

The video does not show him using fresh coated which isn’t a huge deal, but typically the coated will not look as chunky. I eat Chick-fil-A still without hesitation because the food practices for the chicken are very well regulated and safe.

Maybe they don't have the coater sifter. But my breading tables and machines were so much cleaner, this dude need to clean up and change gloves. Also hack here, break your nuggies apart after you dip them in the milk wash and before you pour them in the coater, you'll have way less clumpy nuggets.
I wouldn't doubt it. Had the same thing happen at a meat packing facility. And I had the same reaction. We had this chemical we would spray on the beef to kill off any salmonella and E. coli then a Rabbi would bless the meat. That was just for the meat that was considered Kosher.

Managed kitchen shifts at CFA for years, worked there for 5. Been gone for 3. The only inaccurate thing here is that the breading guy usually has to do this at maximum human speed to complete orders within reasonable time. Either this person made the video on a Sunday or received the supreme (but rare) blessing of not being buried in orders, which if in fact he received, is the most blessed creature amongst us.
Yes, 100%. For someone who is a shift leader for CFA who has been a breader many times before. At all times you have to, and I mean HAVE to be making chicken, because without you there is nothing to sell. When you see a full line at a CFA that is almost always one person making all the chicken.

Chic-Fil-A really does have high value customer service. I waited in drive thru for too long for some tenders & they gave me my order for free, very apologetic, with a brownie & told me I looked good that day...I drove away smiling & blushing 🥰😇. & the tenders were waiting for as well ‼️

Maybe they don't have the coater sifter. But my breading tables and machines were so much cleaner, this dude need to clean up and change gloves. Also hack here, break your nuggies apart after you dip them in the milk wash and before you pour them in the coater, you'll have way less clumpy nuggets.
I wouldn't doubt it. Had the same thing happen at a meat packing facility. And I had the same reaction. We had this chemical we would spray on the beef to kill off any salmonella and E. coli then a Rabbi would bless the meat. That was just for the meat that was considered Kosher.

It's better than Mcdonald's the pre-ready nuggets frozen bag. I worked before, and I pulled out frozen ready one nugget in the bag and just put it in the fryer. I rather real raw chicken is frozen to thaw and make fresh as it is. Like my home bought frozen raw one same way

Managed kitchen shifts at CFA for years, worked there for 5. Been gone for 3. The only inaccurate thing here is that the breading guy usually has to do this at maximum human speed to complete orders within reasonable time. Either this person made the video on a Sunday or received the supreme (but rare) blessing of not being buried in orders, which if in fact he received, is the most blessed creature amongst us.
