The Rain and Wind, which started before the tarp installation was completed, brought the whole place together. Since the wind was quite strong, I had to check the tarp's circumference often. A tent with a bottom that keeps you dry would be better, I think. lol And I hope that puppy doesn't have to get in that crate, it is way too small for it. Adorable puppy!!
Yes, Mars is too big to fit in that chest anymore.
A waterproof floor means water will get trapped on top of it instead of soaking into the ground.

I enjoy a good rain camp. However, I need to be as dry and warm as possible to function. I see a cool and damp night ahead for you in this video. Question: I am curious why you don't have a back up tarp to give more protection to your tent. It is a great area to camp. By the way, great puppy!!
