I chose to report this company on my Marketing class.. i'm just really fascinated by the artisan and uncorrupted way of delivering quality coffee to their consumers. Totally gonna break the Star***** fans!
+mary ann go The problem with the "high end" is that it doesn't attract the masses. I heard they don't have WiFI, which for a coffee shop, that's a major fail. They remember your name? Starbucks does that if you are a repeat customer. In fact, most retail stores/restaurants are like that for repeat customers. I personally think Blue Bottle is going to have limited success or they will have to be more like Starbucks and offering a lot of other products. Did you compare the average sale between Starbucks and Blue Bottle in your report? That's an indicator, so is average number of sales per location or similar size or revenues/profits per sq foot.

Tried it for the first time and it was a great cup of coffee even had a second, the employee was friendly and explained the menu.
