Very interested in this product. How difficult would it be to interface a small speaker for call audio? The integrated mic is excellent.
suggestion, if you provide without GNSS(modem) version also it will be very helpful (it will reduce the cost) for who only want to make SIM based IOT projects.
Nice board. I'd have considered the inclusion of a 3.5mm TRS connector for connecting an earphone (with automatic switchover between internal mic/ speaker to the earphone if an earphone is detected).

This module by techiesms is really nice for multiple projects now no one will face issues regarding gsm based projects, but as far as I think we can call this a development sheild as it doesn't have inbuilt mcu :)

hi great board! does it support NB-IoT, LTE-M? can you connect it with a battery and a solar cell - if so how? what is the power consumption? why not add a esp32 on the board?

also suggestion for future video , making these devices low power by programming wake up schedules, throught RTC? or broacasting a lora packet to trigger an interrupt maybe? that way the 4g module could sleep , wake up (register on network) transmit coordinates (after fix) the sleep again 🤔🤔
anyways in any case a good vidoe would be incorporating deep sleep and wake-up into Iot projects

Can you Make portable WiFi router with sim module using esp
I'm presently using an esp32-s3 for streaming internet radio (HLS AAC stream). The main issue with esp32 is the network throughput is not that great. I guess esp32 based Router will suffer from this. And it doesn't support 5GHz bands.

This is an amazing project for where you have GSM connectivity. But can we make a product that does not require GSM connectivity and total works on RF?

@@techiesms if we are using this device where there is no 4G connectivity it will not work but what if we make a device that works in these areas like forest, mountainous,etc.
For this we need arduino or we can use it as such with 4g development board

A9G only supports 2G and GPS
While this board supports 2G+4G and GNSS + GPS
That are 2 major updates
Is there any gsm with gps board it has to be smallest as possible
