hey I wanted to choose a less competitive University while applying to gks to increase my chance of getting selected. So between pusan National University and chungnam national university I chose chungnam bcs I thought it's less competitive & less better than pnu. But since you chose chungnam... I'm in a doubt. A quick questions, should a personal statement be according to the points meaning should it be that first paragraph should be about motivations and so on or it can be up down making a proper story but precise to the points according to the guidelines. For example first paragraph can be of family background then my achievement then motivation to apply then extracurriculars and all.

I choose Chonam national university.
I think you PS matters the most. Work on your ps and essay. Give them a good reason about your low gpa.
Mention your certificate in a best way. But don't brag. Try to get new lor if you know the professor who can provide you good lor.

Mofa and embassy don't attest photocopies. You have to attest originals. You can get true copy stamp on photocopies.
