Great tips thanks. Going to try that on my electric bicycle.
Great video buddy you nailed this !!
You should look into a 5 gallon bucket from Home Depot or whatever you have in canada, and the battery powered Ryobi sprayer. Get a chamois to dry off and then a electric blower (Milwaukee m12) to get the droplets out of small spaces. Big reduction in time.
Thanks for the comment i will look into those items but for now my method has been working great for a year and only takes 20 mins the silicone is the most important it’s like magic in a can keeps everything new . Cheers
Yo what soap should I use in the bucket with the scrubber? Just dish soap or something?
Any soap will do whatever you have dish soap shampoo etc all soap is mostly the same thing . I just use cheap car wash soap from the dollar store
whats the front mudguard plz???
I got the fenders from ebikezilla

@@electricexploring9518 thanks man🤙
Is wd40 the same silicone Greece as this mate
Wd40 does make silicone spray lube it's called wd40 specialist silicone lube it's more expensive and I've never used it . Ive used 3 in 1 . Belray . Mastercraft . And the one in the video they all work the same Any brand of silicone spray lube will work to protect and clean/shine
Legend says hes still greasing the chain.
Hey man! you shouldnt spray it into moving parts! Suspension must be avoided! You've sprayed the fork's legs
Hahahah are you serious don't spray lube on moving parts ? Where did you even come from mate that's exactly what it was made for . You crack me up with this one jeez do you guys even use common sense or just say stupid stuff without any explanation.
@@electricexploring9518 your fork legs are already anodized, you just need to wipe them with a clean cloth from time to time, so there are no dirt particles that will decrease lifespan of the seals.. You are just adding an extra layer that fork has to get through. Not sure tho how thick the layer is, my bad.
"I have a marzocchi fork that gets sticky and the recommended practice is to lift the top wiper and shoot silicone underneath it. The silicone puddles on top of the seal ( or bushing?) but under the wiper. I think spraying the stanchion would attract dirt and wouldn't last too long."
That's what some people say, can use the spray on forks, but need to wipe excess lube
Thank you anyway, I ordered this stuff yesterday, will be coating some connections on my bafang motor
@@cottonsky-u7d it works good just to clean the dirt and grit off . You don't need to worry about it being to think trust me try it and your forks will work better . Cheers
Did anyone catch where you're supposed to spray the silicone ?
Waterproofing lol 😂
Yes silicone will make parts temporarily waterproof if you apply frequently you will have a good bike . I have over 13000km on stock bike and still running smooth
@@electricexploring9518 I have 13000km too runs smooth but water still get inside, when the motor cools down it sucks air where it can, if you deal the motor, air will be sucked trough the phase cables, moisture gets inside and condensation builds up.
I will put electrical winding coating to prevent rust.
Open your motor and check
@@surronzak8154 i never claimed that it will keep water out of your motor but it will help The silicone will protect your parts and water will bead up and not stick it won't stop water from leaking past a bad motor seal .
@@electricexploring9518 ok so not waterproof ;-)
