Y'know, it really warms my heart when a really good player teaches someone who struggles with certain mechanics (or lack awareness of said mechanic). We need more people like this.
+upplsuckimcool16 I mean, the community in MKX is pretty damn toxic and immature imo. So far with tekken I haven't encountered that. When I get wrecked I get messages about how to improve and viceversa. The community seems to be more respectful. I think.
Ah, this is nice to see. I used to teach players in matches in 3S all the time, it was always so satisfying when they learned in the match itself. Important to make them realize you're teaching them by not coming across as trolly. Doing the same move/tactic/sequence over and over can tick a lot of players off if the intent isn't clear. Standing and moving without hostility was a good way to get your intentions across. I wish more experienced players did this for newer players, it's very important.
im a noob myself, but i love spamming leo's 124(high high low) until they learn to block low. its always funny because that string is really fast so they cant out spam it so they have to learn to block low after getting kicked in the shin for the 6th time
I have come back to this video multiple times. There is something magical about what initially comes across as trolling when in fact he was teaching a valuable lesson that, based off the Paul's actions, his opponent clearly wanted to learn. Aris: Making the Tekken community stronger one goof at a time.
That's still not patched? That really sucks. Ordered my PS4 copy today. It'll arrive on Friday morning. Really hope they issue a patch. That's ridiculous and cheap.
hopefully everyone here can see. Tekken made an announcement about the incoming fix schedule for online. ps4 is getting a patch this week. pc and Xbox next week.
this was legit the best thing I've seen in a long time. At first I was laughing. But halfway through it I found myself cheering out loud for this guy to block punish those lows.
Lmfaooo comedy gold, this is like piccolo training gohan 😂😂😂😂 respect to that guy for understanding what aris was doing, I would have stayed and learned what I could. hahahaha.
This is what the FGC used to be before online. You'd take someone's quarters and then show them why they lost. Getting beaten by someone better than you made you better. Nowadays, people don't know how to lose with dignity and self reflection (LTG, DSP). They're more worried about their win/loss records than they are about getting better or encouraging more people to pick up the game.
This video made me feel like no other video has. Just the fact that without any coms, just by Aris repeatedly spamming those lows in hopes that he'll understand what he's doing and for the guy to get a read on that... You my man are not only an ENTERTAINER.. You are a credit to this community.
I normally don't comment on videos. But I just subscribed because it's really rare to find a skilled player that doesn't make fun of someone who sucks at certain mechanics. Good for you man, keep up the good work :)
looking back at 8 years old me playing tekken 2, we found out WS moves by pure accident 'cause kazuya( I think" had a stomach blow we used to call the "poison punch. But most importantly I don't why I shared this anecdote
This is really awkward because the game doesn't teach you about this. There's no tutorial, it doesn't come with a printed manual, the bottom scrolling tips don't talk about this and a lot of other stuff. It's sorta frustrating.
True, but we should gladly accept more easy to access information in this game if we truly want the community to grow otherwise sooner or later only the "veteran tekken players" will ever buy from this franchise again making it baiscally shut down and then we'll have no tekken at all.
Tekken just kind of assumes everyone who's going to be competitive has always been competitive within the series. There's this really weird "old guard" mentality all around it. Especially with it being such a complicated game to get into. Regardless, you learn the game by playing and watching and labbing. Don't expect the game to learn itself for you.
Of course no one should expect the game to learn itself, but at least giving the sources and tools needed in order to learn (e.g. tutorials) so that no one actually needs to go to the internet or go with the "trial and error" approach in order to get anything done
Why? I mean seriously, that's how life works. I do think frame data should be in the game but literally everything can understood by just going into practice mode, going through movelists and trying things out. That's the best way to learn it whether you google it or not and you should do it anyway. Even if they include shit in the game.
Played lately with a few guys that I know and have had this same exact mistake happen to me over and over. Thank goodness the game has a new feature that shows what you can punish stuff with now.
I love how he totally got what was going down, and then when you went for that final low in the real match situation he nearly fuckinggn done it hahaha that shit killed me, such a nice dude Aris!
Man this was honestly really nice to watch, especially around 5 minutes when he started to get it. Warms the heart to see this old stoner teaching the kids what tekken is all about.
Thank you for being such a good sport and trying to help this guy learn, we need more people like you in the tekken community Aris you beautiful Hotdog fiend. Keep up the great work brother, love it.
It's not that surprising considering how little the game does to teach basic Tekken literacy. It does tell you the Deathfist input but doesn't tell you something that looks like a Street Fighter low forward is universally punishable or that the crouch block state is a good way to access WS moves. Sure, these ultimately aren't very advanced concepts but with 50 other things you're trying to learn at the same time it can be difficult know what to prioritize.
I am embarrassed to admit but I just learned that this thing is called block punish. I have been looking for it since a long time. Time to fix this on my Paul now. Thanks a Ton Aris.
Jeebus christ, this was just AMAZING to watch! Aris is such a great mentor! The hair back of my neck raised as the guy slowly understood the game, that he can block lows and actually get guaranteed punish. Good job, Aris!
Blizz DeKay If this doesn't work (It didn't work for me against her spamming) try pressing down forward at the same time she tries to hit you low, your fighter is gonna knock her down and you can continue with a combo. Very important move against Chloe and Lili because they can recover from lows fast
I don't play Tekken at all, but I can watch this dude ALL day. He's got such a great balance between being extremely skilled and HUMBLE with his winnings and being a human in general.
Wow man, this video is really fucking cool! I'm at my work desk smiling and fist-pumping like an idiot at this guy that finally found the right move to punish your lows. Keep up the great work, man. This is incredible.
Aris always says himself that he is mean, i think he is actually quite a decent dood. def my fav tekken streamer. Lot of people i know of would laugh and anhilate the other dude.
XD I fought a paul who couldn''t block punish same as this guy, it's really amazing to see that people can skip so basic stuff, I think in arcades you learn by watching others play which is impossible at home
You can't really "skip" learning it when there are no lessons present in the game to begin with. For a beginner, they really would have no idea where to start.
I'm not a bad player (currently juggernaut rank) but I always find players that are much better than I am in player match. I always add them and sometimes they add me back and we talk for a while. Most of the time, they help me with the match-up for whatever character they're playing and are very helpful. People say the tekken community is trash. I agree for the most part, but there are people out there who help a lot. You know who you are and thank you.
The game is great and all but the single best thing about Tekken is Aris, his whole sarcastic attitude (in a fun way)and seemingly genuine desire to teach people is amazing
Chrfenne you can be one of those scrubs who argue about semantics...the notation is WS no matter what, because WR refers to while running, no matter what the game says ....
VikingII There are some safe lows to allow for chip damage. This is because someone with amazing defensive skills won't just be able to block everything every time while avoiding unblockables and also breaking throws. It let's the match progress. Now, the unsafe lows are a different story. Many are seeable to the degree you can react to it if you know what to look for and that just takes time. An unsafe low that you cannot see and does good damage would be Kazuya's sweep (➡️*️⃣⬇️↘️➕4️⃣). This one is more for the character using it because if he didn't have it, many of his other moves would not be threatening. It all takes time, and sometimes you will feel some characters are cheap or better, but you need to remember this is an extremely balanced game, and it comes down to knowledge every time.
qt2ez oh I see, so, generally speaking, lows that just poke for a hit or two are supposed to be non- reactable but the knockdowns and launchers are supposed to be slow and reactable. i find it strange that the stronger low moves lead to a lot of damage but only punishable by something like a while standing 4 which is like 10 damage or something lame
Some lows are slower than other, so you CAN react to themm especially if you're llready aware that they might be coming. Take Bryans Snake edge for example (d/f + 3). It's very slow for a low move, but it's also a launcher that is homing. It has a VERY distinct ad easily recognizable animation if you compare it to Bryans other lows and moveset. If you are somewhat experienced fighting against Bryan in tekken (and to the point where you can focus on the match and not trying to remeber how to do your own moves in the middle of the game, distracting yo) and you know that he MIGHT use the move any time soon it's very easy to block and punish ON REACTION. This only gets easier as you play more, but sometime you WILL be jhit by it regardless due to being counterhit or something. Me personally, I can't remeber the last time I got hit by it more than once per 10 matches against a bryan. Lows like regular d+4 and character unique pokes that are faster than 17 frames are generally considered "unseeable", meaning you have to predict them. This comes from reading your opponent patter and waying the risk vs the reward of trying to block low, as well as how beneficial a low move beig used would be for your opponent. In addition, good movement makes it harder for your enemy to hit with the lows at all.
VikingII most knockdown lows are launch punishable, there are only few lows that knockdown which aren't launch punishable such as Paul qcf1+2, Leo FC df3 and kings cd1
There is an answer for that too. If your opponent is using seeable, high damage lows, and you cannot get a good punishing combo off then low parries are the way to go. In this game, low parries can be converted into corkscrew combos, which is the first case since low parries have been added into Tekken. The great thing is low parries aren't any more difficult than just blocking low, so you have options for punishing.
Good stuff Aris. I Really appriate all The stuff u do for the game. Keeping it alive and teaching newcommer the basics of the Game. I Met alot of guys in the tekken scene. JDCR, Knee, Nin. I Hope to meet u too someday
Man, Aris, I need you to fight me on PS4 and destroy me. Show everything I'm doing wrong. I've had such a horrid losing streak ever since I got to "Mentor", I'm lost. I also havent touched a Tekken game since like 2014 so of course I'm so rusty as well. AND my main is gone so I'm learning a new character too. I need to get at least decent and fast before I rip my controller in half.
+DK Switzs I played Armor King religiously since Tag 1. I'm so bored of King i dont want to play him at all so I'm trying other characters. I like Master Raven but it feels so wrong. And idk I think the booty in my avatar is Ashley Guillory or something, from a Worldstar Eyecandy video or something
This really goes to show the importance of having people to play with in real life, even though this occurred in an online match. It is immeasurably more valuable to have a better player simply SHOW YOU how to be better specifically in regard to how you are playing than it is to read and/or watch a thousand guides about how to be better. I was a much, MUCH better fighting game competitor back in the Soul Cal 2 days because I had people near me to always play and improve with. You encounter better people, and if you're lucky, they leave you with some wisdom that makes you better as well. You can always learn on your own, but nothing beats someone just going "Hey dipshit, that move is punishable. What do you mean you don't know what punishable means? Here, keep doing it.."
Ohhh so that's what the rising moves are used for? you block a low and then rise with the punish? I was having trouble understanding that from the video.
Yep, I had a similar problem with soul calibur. i would duck something or block low, then try to punish with a standing move but end with a ws. the wrong ws at that. i hated those things until namco gave us its innovative Aris TH-cam Tutorial Mode... AYTM for short.
Well, they're not ONLY used for that. Kazuya for example has no fast and safe mid poke with decent range that can avoid punch-parries, meaning Ka players often use his WS for to poke and start an offense. They do this by using "instant WS+4 " out of a wavedash or just a quick crouch and WS+4. You can also use WS moves to mix up your opponent on offense, like using ws+2 as devil jin in their face, as the onlny mid launchers he has that aren't WS are all launch punishable. His WS+2 is NOT launch punishable.
Oh sorry, it's hard realizing what newer players don't know when I've played the game for so long. Ok here goes (examples will be given for a PS controler): 1 - Left punch (Square) 2 - Right punch (Triangle) 3 - Left Kick (X) 4 - Right Kick (Circle) f - forward b -back d - down u - up N - Neutral (when you don't press ANY movement keys). d/f refers to the combination of "down" and "forward", maing it "down-forward" Wave dash is a type of movement some characters can do (for example Kazuya) by inputting f, N, d, d/f in that order. The N means that there needs to be a time frame between the first "f" and the first "d" where you're not pressing any movement buttons. This timeframe doesn't need to be long, just a couple of miliseconds is enough tbh. Kazuya doesn't have a special "wavedash + 4" attack, so because he is in crouch during a wavedash a While standing 4 comes out instead. By quick crouch I just mean crouching for a very short time and. Press d/b, release it and press the button for the move you want to come out as a WS move. Practing timing on the fast crouch, as you can also do it slower if you want. WS - While standing (the state where you go from crouching to standing. To do a WS4 move just crouch and right after you release the crouch input press 4) WR - While running (Running state) NH - Natural hit (hitting the opponent normally, where he doesn't block it) CH - Counterhit (hitting the opponent while he is doing a move or pressing buttons to do a move)
wow...how nice is that!!! im seriously impressed, thats not something everybody would do. most guys would laugh at him and just destroy the opponent, calling him a scrub and whatnot. respect
From the guy's steam profile description: "Yes, I'm aware I was on an Aris video. And yes, I watched the tutorial."
What a good sport.
damn had to check it out and after 4 months he still has it written. xD
I think he changed it ;(
Someone down in this comment section did
Took like 20 seconds to find... lol steamcommunity.com/id/PhantomPuppy
Im friends with the dude LUL
Y'know, it really warms my heart when a really good player teaches someone who struggles with certain mechanics (or lack awareness of said mechanic). We need more people like this.
Keirnoth AYY, I watch both of your DMC stuff and love it to bits. love both of ya
+upplsuckimcool16 I mean, the community in MKX is pretty damn toxic and immature imo. So far with tekken I haven't encountered that. When I get wrecked I get messages about how to improve and viceversa. The community seems to be more respectful.
I think.
ChaserTech your comment is exactly how I feel. It warms my heart as well. Aris could be blowing people up but he is teaching the Tekken noobs
yo where have you been? lol
ChaserTech You're the best dmc combat guide.
That was like a father teaching his son how to ride his bike, when he finally got the punish Aris was a proud dad lmao
The Booty Bandit then proceeded to run over his kid with a motorcycle
ikr? It was hilarious and heartwarming. Aris is a proud dad for sure.
Heihachi would probably throw his son off a cliff for falling of his bike on the first try.
A dad repeatedly kicking his son in the shins screaming "PEDAL YOU IDIOT!" while the son wears earplugs.
Except afterwards, he beat the shit out of him anyway.
Father of the year
8:57 lmao
5:27 also classic dad moment
Good guy Aris out here teaching the next generation
u will see hin at EVO in 20 years
TeKKeN650True_0 deer masked and all
I'm ashamed, I actually was laughing at him, when I should have been thanking him. I do the exact same scrub shit lmao
9999 power :)
ike Dmikle
Funny because even some of those in our generation don't know the basics despite being fans of Tekken since the beginning.
gold. watch this guy turn into a monster because of this hahahaha
this guy is fucking eons better then me and he doesnt even block shit
that would make a good movie.
Aris taught me how to punish lows and i became the next evo top 8
"while standing 4 dip sh@t while standing 4" absolutely love you aries lol
Ah, this is nice to see. I used to teach players in matches in 3S all the time, it was always so satisfying when they learned in the match itself. Important to make them realize you're teaching them by not coming across as trolly. Doing the same move/tactic/sequence over and over can tick a lot of players off if the intent isn't clear. Standing and moving without hostility was a good way to get your intentions across.
I wish more experienced players did this for newer players, it's very important.
Skiegh could you teach me?
im a noob myself, but i love spamming leo's 124(high high low) until they learn to block low. its always funny because that string is really fast so they cant out spam it so they have to learn to block low after getting kicked in the shin for the 6th time
I'm playing as dragunov but it's hard to defend against Heihachi's hell sweep
+JK 2K1 take the first hit cause it's not that bad. duck the second hit cause the mid options aren't that dope. :)
Thanks Skiegh. We need more people like you and Aris :)
Over 2 years later and youtube randomly playing this vid for me and it's still one of my most favorite moments on the channel
"GAH, IT'S A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE"
You're doing god's work Aris
I have come back to this video multiple times. There is something magical about what initially comes across as trolling when in fact he was teaching a valuable lesson that, based off the Paul's actions, his opponent clearly wanted to learn. Aris: Making the Tekken community stronger one goof at a time.
paulish this guy off.
Ouch
HAGAHAJAHUAUGAHUAUHAUGAGUAUGAGUG!!GYHG!GU!GY!GU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HGAHGAHUAAHUAHU!!!!!!!!!!!!
oof
Ffs that was acc good 😂
lol u madlad
That was so cool to watch. You learn so much by going online.
be nice if ps4 players can
That's still not patched? That really sucks. Ordered my PS4 copy today. It'll arrive on Friday morning. Really hope they issue a patch. That's ridiculous and cheap.
hopefully everyone here can see. Tekken made an announcement about the incoming fix schedule for online. ps4 is getting a patch this week. pc and Xbox next week.
I'm on PS4 and tournament and regular matches works fine. Rank had issues the first few days for me but last night I had no problems at all.
Yeah same here
GENUINELY HEARTWARMING
Hazanko what's that called again
"WHILE STANDING 4 DIPSHIT, WHILE STANDING 4!"
The words of a true master...
My favorite is when he actually communicates with the guy. xD
"You're gettin warmer, bro! But, the four, the four, the FOUR."
yoshimitsus mentor rank is fitting
"You have a heart of gold, don't let them take it from you"
Aris such a cool dude, he teaches the opponent while most would just call him a scrub and just pumble him.
"This guy is good...
Let me just polish this guy off.
----

This is intense"
-Aris 2017
Just you wait guys, phantompuppy will take EVO by storm after intense training.
this was legit the best thing I've seen in a long time. At first I was laughing. But halfway through it I found myself cheering out loud for this guy to block punish those lows.
This was one of the most magical gaming moments I've ever seen in my life.
Man this moment still gets me teary eyed.
Looking forward to the new generation of fighting game players.
Lmfaooo comedy gold, this is like piccolo training gohan 😂😂😂😂 respect to that guy for understanding what aris was doing, I would have stayed and learned what I could. hahahaha.
DODGE!!!!!
Velution came here to say that Xd
DOOODGGGGEEE!!
Dodge, dip shit DODGE
I fucking died when you started to teach him how to punish low. This is why I'm subbed to you
i just learned while standing today o.o
Kris Allen me too lol had the game on day one to lol...
wow are you serious lmao
what can we say we're noobs xD
I feel you bro. I just learned it from Aris yesterday. Didn't know it existed lol.
Scrubs unite!
Same here
This is what the FGC used to be before online. You'd take someone's quarters and then show them why they lost. Getting beaten by someone better than you made you better.

*triggered* 😂😂😂😂
Haha this video has to be the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It's like Father Son moment. Watching Heihachi and Kazuya to be exact
I normally don't comment on videos. But I just subscribed because it's really rare to find a skilled player that doesn't make fun of someone who sucks at certain mechanics. Good for you man, keep up the good work :)
Really really cool to see you getting the lesson across mid match. Props to you!
looking back at 8 years old me playing tekken 2, we found out WS moves by pure accident 'cause kazuya( I think" had a stomach blow we used to call the "poison punch. But most importantly I don't why I shared this anecdote
would make for a great storyline if someday aris is commentating this guy in grand finals of a tekken world tour.
Just looking back at my collection of saved TEkken videos that taught me Tekken. This is my favorite aris clip.
Good shit on teaching, dude. I really hope more people play Tekken.
I remember this in my recommended three years ago and watching the whole thing and not even being a Tekken fan. Been subbed since viva Aris
This is really awkward because the game doesn't teach you about this. There's no tutorial, it doesn't come with a printed manual, the bottom scrolling tips don't talk about this and a lot of other stuff. It's sorta frustrating.
Fernando Lins lol all the veteran tekken players learned this without a tutorial back in the late 90s
True, but we should gladly accept more easy to access information in this game if we truly want the community to grow otherwise sooner or later only the "veteran tekken players" will ever buy from this franchise again making it baiscally shut down and then we'll have no tekken at all.

Dem i hope i can run into aris online, so he can teach me things or two.
Jeff Jonathan same I suk xd
dat kato avatar doe
This is still like the most beautiful moment of all time. Watching him learn.
I love how he totally got what was going down, and then when you went for that final low in the real match situation he nearly fuckinggn done it hahaha that shit killed me, such a nice dude Aris!
You are doing a great service to humanity, thank you.
Man this was honestly really nice to watch, especially around 5 minutes when he started to get it. Warms the heart to see this old stoner teaching the kids what tekken is all about.
i'm crying right now...
Dont scare him off lol
When I feel like this world is too cruel, and humanity too far gone to save, I watch this video and suddenly things don't seem so bad
3:48 what's with the flowers lol
that from WS video today
TeKKeN650True_0 ohh, I see. Gotcha
NeoZero I cracked up when I saw that lol. It's an inside joke between Aris and his followers. "looking at flowers" is code for something else.
James Hill Yea, I was like is this some peaceful transition. Meditation session or something lol
yeah, its code for looking at the best flowers kappa
Thank you for being such a good sport and trying to help this guy learn, we need more people like you in the tekken community Aris you beautiful Hotdog fiend. Keep up the great work brother, love it.
"we got a nerdjosh over here--" I didn't know he played tekken
This is always a feelsgood because that Paul player is so relatable. We've all been there or are there. Good shit, Aris!
killing red names on one side
teaching and be humble on the other
thats aris and thats why i watch him
well i guess if you start to play tekken and listen to aris while he says "WS = While Standing" you might think it really is while standing still
Worth watching until 6 mins -ish when the opponent finally gets a clue. Great vid bud. Subscribed.
Aris is the hero we need but not the one we deserve
Im watching this again and honestly, we need more people like Aris

he made it to mighty ruler in the end
Nice!
Damn, that was a nice gesture. That guy learned and I'm sure by this point has improved immensely.
Jeebus christ, this was just AMAZING to watch! Aris is such a great mentor! The hair back of my neck raised as the guy slowly understood the game, that he can block lows and actually get guaranteed punish. Good job, Aris!
He teach his newbie opponent. U are the real man aris . A great teacher in tekken. Hope ur channel getting bigger man.
That's gonna really help me out against lucky chloe. I'm bad lol.
Blizz DeKay I feel your pain. I hate that bitch with a passion
bennymountain1 how can i go there please this guy is so funny
Blizz DeKay If this doesn't work (It didn't work for me against her spamming) try pressing down forward at the same time she tries to hit you low, your fighter is gonna knock her down and you can continue with a combo. I learned ws punish from last vid,
This vid I learn how to proper punish with faster frame
ATP is the savior
Wow man, this video is really fucking cool! I'm at my work desk smiling and fist-pumping like an idiot at this guy that finally found the right move to punish your lows. Keep up the great work, man. This is incredible.

I don't know about you guys. But in my games move list, it's still called 'while rising' no matter what Aris says.
Chrfenne you can be one of those scrubs who argue about semantics...the notation is WS no matter what, because WR refers to while running, no matter what the game says ....
lwst82 I think while running should be called something else.
PoloBoyPrince I always said it should be while sprinting.
This guy is doing Gods work! This is the type of wholesome content I need in my life!
deer head at his opponent makes it perfect
I love you enthusiasm towards this guy and him learning something lol.
i subscribed because of this video
LOL did the same
My favourite aris video on yt
You're a good guy Aris. This vid made me finally subscribe after being a longtime watcher.
My problem is how the hell do you react to the lows? they're pretty fast man.

qt2ez oh I see, so, generally speaking, lows that just poke for a hit or two are supposed to be non- reactable but the knockdowns and launchers are supposed to be slow and reactable.
i find it strange that the stronger low moves lead to a lot of damage but only punishable by something like a while standing 4 which is like 10 damage or something lame
VikingII
most knockdown lows are launch punishable, there are only few lows that knockdown which aren't launch punishable such as Paul qcf1+2, Leo FC df3 and kings cd1
Honestly it's rare to see people like you these days that teach other people playing Tekken fundamentals. Great video man keep it up.
The Tekken practice update (DLC13) showed a Paul block-punishing Zafina's lows. I wonder if that was a nod to this
Good stuff Aris. I Really appriate all The stuff u do for the game. Keeping it alive and teaching newcommer the basics of the Game. I Met alot of guys in the tekken scene. JDCR, Knee, Nin. I Hope to meet u too someday
Keirnoth xiaoyu is my main and i reeaaaallllyyy would like to meet Tanunaka too😋
Man, Aris, I need you to fight me on PS4 and destroy me.
Squonk who was your main? And who's your profile picture...for research purposes
Lmao wondering the same thing
+DK Switzs I played Armor King religiously since Tag 1. I'm so bored of King i dont want to play him at all so I'm trying other characters. I like Master Raven but it feels so wrong.
And idk I think the booty in my avatar is Ashley Guillory or something, from a Worldstar Eyecandy video or something
Squonk try Jack or some Mishimas
People like Aris are the reason I want to play this game more and continue to get better. Keep it up!
gg that was me
Fouad Haidar u are the paul? dem nice
did you learn a lot from that match?
its an inside joke, people; go watch the stream and watch how many people say "gg that was me"
that was me WTF
KaitoverMoon Thank you
i really love how he ended up blocking a low and ALMOST had the punish it was so sweet
Hahahah the flower shot!
I can't explain with words how much I appreciate and love this man.
I FUCKING MAD LOVE ARISSSSS!!!!!
(no homomigo)
Just learned real purpose of WS . always thought WS was useless. Good one Aris!
Kjernekar Too technical jargon for me. can u provide controller movments instead?
Oh sorry, it's hard realizing what newer players don't know when I've played the game for so long. Ok here goes (examples will be given for a PS controler):
1 - Left punch (Square)
2 - Right punch (Triangle)
3 - Left Kick (X)
4 - Right Kick (Circle)
f - forward
b -back
d - down
u - up
N - Neutral (when you don't press ANY movement keys).
d/f refers to the combination of "down" and "forward", maing it "down-forward"
Wave dash is a type of movement some characters can do (for example Kazuya) by inputting f, N, d, d/f in that order.
To do a WS4 move just crouch and right after you release the crouch input press 4)
WR - While running (Running state)
NH - Natural hit (hitting the opponent normally, where he doesn't block it)
CH - Counterhit (hitting the opponent while he is doing a move or pressing buttons to do a move)
I should start watching more of these vids. Been a Tekken fan since childhood but never got technical with movesets.
Wait, the other guy could hear Aris through a mic?
No, he probably just picked up on the fact that Aris started really toning down his offense.
INSTANT subscribe after teaching the guy about punishing lows!!! My man!!!
That was almost as good as when Maximilian tried to teach Benny how to play Street Fighter V.
Anthony Ha "What's up, doods? Max here!"
this video made me way happier than I expected it would when i clicked on it
that was hilarious actually hahahaha
wow...how nice is that!!! im seriously impressed, thats not something everybody would do. most guys would laugh at him and just destroy the opponent, calling him a scrub and whatnot. respect
