I don't know which dealer he went to , I have had the xuv since 2012 but never faced an issue with the service center ( in Faridabad) and I have been going to the dealer from which I bought it.

In our family frm more than 25 years we r using mahindra cars and I currently own a xuv w10 till now we didnt had any issue with service and staff is always cooperative and i have serviced frm 2-3 different servicing centre in Maharashtra
