I grew up in Nova Scotia, and you won't find a more helpful, good natured, and cheerful people. All are welcomed, no matter the creed, religion, colour, or nationality. They are laid back, they don't sweat the small stuff, and it shows in their quality of life, as they live longer than anyone else on the planet - my own grandmother from Truro, lived to 105 years young. Lots of good natural food too (ie: fish and blueberries), Nova Scotians are the "salt of the earth". I agree with the observations that Alexander Graham Bell made about Nova Scotia, look it up. It continues to be my oasis of cool and calm, and I fly 'home' every summer to recharge my 'batteries' and soothe my soul.
It looks like you have quite a wonderful place up there. But remember; stay welcoming and polite, so that under the star-kissed heavens no man or woman shall find him or her self anywhere else than in the most beautiful arms of love's destiny. May the treasure of your coastline guide all lost souls home.
