Haha, yes... I was at one of them as a kid, I'm pretty sure it was this one. It was the one where Dollar were on as well. There are two or three groups of children from different schools , so that doesn't help identifying the show..

@@sebastianwelcome2080 Yeah, it was a silly messy game show, bit like Tiswas with lots of gunge. I think she was working on it around the time Bucks Fizz had their coach crash 😢 cos I’ve seen a few clips from other programmes where her co-presenters said they were invited back to their hotel after their Newcastle gig but declined. Good job in hindsight else they’d have been involved in the crash too. Cheryl did the Children’s ITV links in Feb ‘85 while the group were convalescing. Record Breakers was a terrific show, such a shame about Roy 😢
Good times 👍🙂 miss them days as a little kid watching all theys shows back then bringing back nice memories of my late mom running down wollwoths Evey time a song like this came on and coming back with the latest singles
Group founder Nichola Martin was originally going to put herself in the group, as she couldn’t decide between Cheryl and Jay, but ultimately recruited them both. She already knew Mike. Of course, Jay went on to have the much publicised affair with Nichola’s husband, Fizz songwriter and producer Andy Hill.
Love lots of Bucks Fizz thanks for the great pop music which was brought on vinyl and played on my Rowe Ami Cadet Jukebox back in the day, wish I still had it with all the amazing records it played....😊
What set Bucks Fizz apart at a time when the indie movement was highlighting the shortcomings and increasingly pedestrian nature of the mainstream? In a sense, they were like a four person version of Gene Pitney, in that they excelled at bringing out the best in a strong lyrical setting, rather than just settling for churning out inconsequential background fodder. Little wonder that they are still at it with a vengeance well into the 21st century. Job over the top well done.

These guys were absolutely great for a short time. Upon reflection i think the marketing was all wrong because, Bucks Fizz were a very strong vocal group who had very good material. They were also a bit late to the party with their ages against them. Aside from that i still love them to this day. Their album Smoke and Mirrors from 2020 was fantastic.

Just love it, high energy and lots of smiley faces.

Could never decide which of the girls I fancied most, both very pretty and made a huge impression on my 12 year old self 😀
"Huge impression" Pmsl. Is that what they called it when you were 12?
Jay was more overtly provocative, probably because she wasn't as pretty as Cheryl.

It actually sounds better than the original to some extent to me.
I just don't remember watching Razzmatazz back then.
Wonder if they ever pulled this off live.
Saw them at Lincoln last Sunday, their live version was brilliant, as was the whole concert.
There’s a performance from a few years ago on Facebook where Cheryl sneezed then the others couldn’t sing for laughing 😂 🤧
