You can cut out the shapes you want out of thick paper (cardstock/cardboard), and use that to trace on to the clay. You don't even really have to trace it, you can go straight in with an cutting/needle tool around the cardboard cutout, and directly cut the shapes~
Thank you for this I don't really know much about making this but you explained it much more detailed than other vids about making keychains, i found out the things yall are using thx
I have put varnish on top of the acrylic, when the varnish is dry, I can peel it off using my fingernails. Can you give me some tips so that the varnish doesn't peel?
1. Make sure the clay is 100% dry: leave it out for 3-7 days before painting. That way, extra internal water doesn't mess up the paint. 2. Next, before using acrylic paint, use a primer, like gesso (there are also spray varnishes). 3. Once the primer is dry, then paint it, using thin layers. Do not use thick layers, they will peel. 4. When applying varnish, apply it very thin, or get the type that comes in a spray can. If you use thick layers, it will peel or dry slow, and then come off.
@@rereaprillia4778 if the acrylic is really thick, you can definitely mix water to thin it out. As long as it's not thick enough to start peeling, u should be alright~ 👍

Use oil instead of water, coconut oil or vaseline or baby oil , it doesn't crack as much hydrates the clay.

What did you use to prime it and to seal it
Mr. Color clear gloss (46)
What is that liquid you use in the end ? Gloss varnish? What is it
I use Mr.Color clearcoat.
Hello, one doubt
What if you forget to put the eye pin before the clay is been dried
Hi! No worries, you can drill a small hole in the dried clay and glue the eye pin in place.
@M0M0DIY4U if we drill will it not break the piece into two
Which app u use to edit its soo cute
I use Capcut PC
What paint you using?
How do u shape them same?
I do it by muscle memory.
May I ask if this is durable after it sets? Thank you!
Of course, by builds are durable, and can last for a long time!
how long does the whole process take? I'm hosting a 1 hour crafting session and I'm thinking of doing this
Hi! It took me about 4 days due to drying times and no UV light. For a 1-hour session, consider using quicker-drying materials or smaller parts. 😊
Love them all
Thank you so much❤
What's the sealer called? Is it toxic like resin?
The sealer is called Mr.Color Clearcoat. I don't really know if it is toxic like Resin.
😍♥️
Did it not just stop when she putted the eyes on or is my ipad broken

@@apollofateh324 But even before I apply acrylic, the clay can still be peeled off with my fingernails. It's a little fine grained
