Ah, by "engine" you mean "claw leg", which not only helps movement, but causes actual damage when they hit an enemy. The normal legs can only propel the alien and knock the enemies, and their buildings, around.

I'm pretty sure it was actually created around 2:39, where it proceeded to creep forward, sniping a bunch of blue's aliens before eventually sniping the blue base itself, only for it to get pretty severely damaged and tossed back into the red base, where it proceeded to creep backwards until it fell offscreen.
That initial push by cyan exposing the first turret was scary, but it held on for a while, long enough for red to get some good warriors going! 8:35 And so cyan falls... 14:33 With a million to one shot, red wins!

That was so chaotic. The leafless blue sitting still tge whole battle, and the small legged red ones shooting themselves to the opposite direction were so stupidly funny. Also the two blues that randomly learned to fly

Cyan had a really strong start but then red slowly inched its way into the lead. But then cyan invented flying which was really effective because armoring on top of the towers wasn't that good but it wasn't enough to make the final breakthrough push and red finally won just by raw power of cannons and bombardment. Really nice back and forth fighting.

Decent proof of concept, but the resulting are incoherent, unclear, and basically boil down to random bodies rubbing against each other. Needs more iteration.

It seemed like either the red turrets were better at pushing back blue aliens or the blue aliens were lighter than the red ones.
At the final stage, Red's RNG focus more on fire power, while Blue's RNG focus more on mobility.
