If I understand correctly, you want to size your ad as 1456x180 ----> all of them? If so, yes you can but make sure to also configure it with the rest of the smaller sizes you want to serve. Or else, it won't be targeted and can't serve.
For adslot 3 and 4, can we combine all the ad sizes for Adslot 3 and 4 into one ad unit, then make use of adslot alone after combining the ad sizes into one ad unit. Will appreciate your response
