I am a technician in industrial automation, I have not the slightest connection with your profession, I am not going to change my profession at almost 60 years old and given the distance between us, I have no way to become your client. But I have a passion, that of following various channels of various craftsmen in various fields that often have nothing to do with my profession. I have always had a deep respect for those craftsmen who practice with passion and dedication for their profession. After watching your posts for a while, I came to the conclusion that you are part of this category of craftsmen, so for some time now you have another subscriber. It's nice to see a real shoe cobbler that puts work and effort into getting the job done right. Now you see so many people trying to do shoe repair and they take the shortcuts. What you do Dan is real art and craftman ship.
We My dad was a cobbler and he took great pride in his work. He wasn’t just a cobbler but he was a craftsman. From a child to his death, I watched him make the worst looking shoes look new again. He took no shortcuts. When he was finished with your shoes, it was like having a new pair. He had customers from miles around. His customers would literally drive by cobblers in their town so daddy could repair their shoes. Watching these guys is like watching daddy.

First of all, great pair of boots. Was excited to see how you did the design on the soles. As for the coffee vs milk debate, I add my milk first. I like adding the milk and letting it sit in the cop for 15-20 mins to get a little warmer to keep the coffee hot. Just a personal preference, but have added it after the coffee as well. I didn’t know it was such an area of contention for some people. Crazy what grinds peoples gears. Keep up the entertaining videos.
I've got a sickness. The only cure is shoe repair and shoe care products , and a little work whistle. My new favorite channel. Coffee is coffee when you've got work to do.

Christmas Eve, when everyone is gone to sleep, just sitting in the light of tree and thinking about the day to come. For coffee, one word, “Aeropress”. It is such a joy to see a craftsman at work. Until I started watching your videos I had no idea that there could be so much involved in a shoe repair. However, whilst you previously caused a storm over if the milk goes in to the coffee before or after the water, I fear you risk further despair by using the wet spoon from stirring the coffee to plunge into the bag of sugar. A sure way of getting the sugar clumpy!
