I've always written off Power Drill as useless. Normally, items that charge themselves on a trigger can only charge once every 0.25 seconds. So I thought that it would take 2 seconds to trigger each time, even if you constantly charge it (8 charge triggers and 2 seconds naturally for the 10s cooldown). However, it looks like each separate condition on the power drill has its own internal cooldown. That's pretty sick, it also incentivizes you to have as many of the different triggers in your build as possible. I'm glad you've made this video, because I honestly never would have even tried it and found out.
I've got to say, I've been binging The Bazaar content and I'm happy to see Kripp having more fun playing the Bazaar than BGs content. I stopped playing BGs for a long while now and stopped watching (Came back for the PoE 2 stuff though) as to not tempt myself into reinstalling it. But The Bazaar actually looks really fun and noob friendly given the PvE rounds between PvP. Hope to see more videos of it until release!
Not totally sure, but I know items can only have a minimum cooldown of 1sec. So even if you try to reduce it further than that, or an item with 1sec cooldown is hasted, it will still only trigger once per sec with it's normal cooldown. That's just a hard rule for all items. The exception to that is with items that have charge effects. Charging an item fast enough can bypass this cap and trigger it multiple times per second. In this case, there's another cap to how often an item can trigger in general, at all. I think it's 4 times per second? You see this with items like monitor lizard, that are proc'd so quickly that they just never stop adding poison. However, lizard wont just add all the poison stacks at once, it will queue up all of the triggers and do them one by one, at the cap of 4 times per second. That's a general overview of how items work, if that helps. Edit: Also, worth noting that multicast works the same way. An item with x4 multicast won't just instantly trigger 4 times, the triggers will be spaced out a little. But, while the animations are playing the item is still charging up it's regular cooldown.
Would it have been better to have beta ray on the left for the leftmost freeze / slow skills? Monitor doesn't trigger them that often as the effect doesn't count as use
Okay, please help me understand: What good is regen really? I do not really see any effect past day 2-3... (I am curious, I only watch, haven't played the game yet)
It’s a powerful effect but there aren’t enough options to continue to scale it into the late game… so while taking an option for 5 regen early is good… that same option on day 8 is quite weak.
Its a fun game but after a month of playing it became very same same. There is not enough scope to get different combos and after a while you notice you are generally playing and playing against the same stuff.
As someone who actively plays the game I have to admit it is hard to watch content that is this out dated. I am a Kripp enjoyer but many items and level rewards here aren’t even in the game anymore. It’s not like his videos require like any editing… it’s just uploading games from stream.
At the bazaar, straight up "powering it". and by "it", haha, well. lets justr say. My drill
Woah, bro is just straight up drillin' it!
Tomato

Finally, I always believed. Drill enjoyers, RISE!
rip 2s charge drill
So...Video from before the patch lol (Blast Doors used early on - it was part of what was removed in patch)
The crit medallions were a giveaway.
Same old Kripp posting outdated content 😂
Who cares
@@Acypha If his was one of those meme build channels itd be okay. I mean we're not exactly upset but from a learning perspective its kind of bad.
Also the 10 pufferfish

Someone check to see if Rarran is doing okay.
He's literally streaming right now.. like what?
@@manaintolerantmagehe had a very rough time getting drill to work a few patches ago and got upset at it if I remember correctly.
@manaintolerantmage it's a joke. Rarran repeatedly tried to make drill work and now has a difficult relationship with the item.
Kripp literally every single Dooly video: "man I can never get Companion Core!"
I haven't even seen it since the change, but it's good that Blast Doors is actually useful and not just a "win more" item anymore.
18:27 drill
2:13 Skipperino Kripperino
"The power drill came heavy" - Kripp 2024 kappa
Power drill, still pretty good (when enchanted with Heavy)
Enchanted with any enabler, slow, freeze, haste, poison and burn.
thanks Kripp for teaching me to play monitor lizard, I just got perfect runs 4 times in a row in ranked w this item
I see Kripp saved up ALL of his luck over the years to get stupid high rolls in the bazaar. odd strat lets see if it pays off.
Whats the difference between internal cooldown and regular cooldown?
Not totally sure, but I know items can only have a minimum cooldown of 1sec. I've been trying it almost every time it showd up, cause I've wanted it to work so bad, I feel vindicated now seeing it do something

Rarran should take notes.
Yaaay, brand new video with the items patched out 2 weeks ago!
None of them are in the final build😊
Okay, please help me understand: What good is regen really? I do not really see any effect past day 2-3... (I am curious, I only watch, haven't played the game yet)
Not much use! It doesn't scale with the damage done, so it falls off quick.
It’s a powerful effect but there aren’t enough options to continue to scale it into the late game… so while taking an option for 5 regen early is good… that same option on day 8 is quite weak.
Imagine ”when you charge, charge this”
Monitor Lizard
does anyone know when kripp will be back streaming?
This is not a drill. We have a power drill.
harambe vevo 24:30
I got to say the flashing light on blast doors really hurts my eyes in a way that makes it hard to even look at the screen when blast stores is on it
I really dislike it and find it hard to look at, indeed
are you guys like mentally defficient
yeah... its the drill that did it
How do they get rid of puffer fish and not monitor... Monitor is way stronger than puffer
Its a fun game but after a month of playing it became very same same. There is not enough scope to get different combos and after a while you notice you are generally playing and playing against the same stuff.
Man I wish you weren’t uploading videos that are at least two weeks old. Can’t even use some of these items.
