- Addo Elephant Trail Run is one of the iconic Ultras in South Africa as it runs through one of the most beautiful wildlife parks in the Eastern Cape.
This was my first big challenge of 2019 and training for this was just above par the last 3 months.
I had a whole plan to create an awesome video vlog experience but that sadly just never came out as I wanted to.

Thanks! Heat and I do not go too well, so when I can get the core body temperature down with rivers and more aid stations then I can usually manage!

Dude you disappointed me I wanted to see how does that last 9KMs (Killer/Night Mare route look like). 🙈 you also finished same like me during night. That last 9KMS felt like a ultra distance to me man.
I was bleak too! I was hoping I would have finished that section during the day! Totally agree with you, even that last 3km felt like forever!
