A good tip for cooking caramelized onions is to cook them with butter, olive oil, sugar, balsamic vinegar and salt. That's how my mom makes and they always taste so good! Also that burgers and onion rings look so good! I love onion rings 💖

I'm American and lots of people here don't eat undercooked burgers. I like mine well done. I bake my patties. I love it with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onions and mayo. sometimes I just have meat, cheese and the trio of condiments. ketchup, mustard and mayo.

I LOVE that you ladies put beet root in your burgers! There is a store here in the states that has pickled beet root that is soooo delicious, if you're interested I'd love to send you a few jars. It's so delicious to even eat out of the jar. BTW Tattoo story video anytime soon?

we say pickled beets in Georgia. That sounds really good on a burger . we usually eat it as a side not as a condiment . . It really depends here in the U.S i know a lot of small burger places here that have thin patties, but also go to more fancier places and it is thick and juicy. My mom makes it thick growing up so I like it that way

This style of dining reminds me of Raclette, a traditionally Swiss/French affair, the modern intepretation of which involves a table top grill surmounted with a hotplate and griddle, similar to what you have. Using _coupelles_, one slowly melts a slice of Raclette cheese before sliding it over some steamed veg (most commonly potatoes), charcuterie and pickles. We normally have it with Riesling. All combined, it's an unbeatable experience, one best enjoyed in the colder months, as you benefit from the warmth of the grill. Doesn't play well with lactose intolerance, though. I've dropped you a mention in Instagram as an example of our normal Raclette setup, you should do it.

In america we put red tomato slices never heard of putting beetroots😐... sounds and looks interesting.
We put tomatoes in our burger and it keeps it pretty moist :)
