Thanks man! You already know the grind bro. The mentality is definitely what separates the majority of the B and C list NBA players and some of the guys outside the NBA. Its not always a talent thing

One thing about pro basketball today is there has never been more opportunities for pro basketball players. Go back to the 1980's and there was the NBA and CBA and that was about it unless you wanted to live in a foreign country. If you didn't make the NBA it was a long hard road back, especially if you had been labeled as a former CBA player. But then again how many former CBA players actually made it big in the NBA? I doubt anyone. But look at how many G League guys can get called up to the NBA and have a 20 point NBA game that night. That is the crazy part. I think guys get so much more daily competition at all levels that the confidence is way higher for younger players than it was 30 years ago. We're not even on the same planet in that regard. If some CBA player scored 30 points in an NBA game in the 1980's it would have been one of the top NBA stories of the year. The current model of the NBA game has certainly become simpler and easier to get good at quickly. Confidence is a major part of this. Guys generally play alike in the NBA with small nuances. Some are better at that style than others. I mean, when was the last time a right handed NBA perimeter player caught a pass and landed with his right foot as his pivot? Which decade did that last happen? This stuff in engrained early. I exaggerate about the right foot pivot, but I am not exaggerating that much.

Yeah the game has changed and has grown worldwide which is dope to see. I think in the NBA today there are some superstars and stars and the separation between everybody else isn’t that much. Plenty of players in Europe, China and g league that could easily have good games in the NBA if given the opportunity.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts bro

@@antgoods87 does Jalen Williams make the All Star game this year? He's bringing the ball down almost as much as SGA. With his game and role he's turning into the Kris Middleton of the West but got there sooner.
