I just purchased your book for interior photography. This video helps illustrate what you discuss in your book.

Great tutorial as always Nathan! Was a tad fast never mind , I paused a couple of times to make sure I don't miss any steps.
What are some ways to avoid color cast? Does firing with less flash power instead of full power helps?

It's a balance: if you blast too much light you can cast colors from reflective surfaces in a room, but if you don't have enough power then the ambient light is dictating the colors. It varies from home to home, hour to hour, etc.

What are the custom made pre-sets for full bump, light bump and sharpening?
Is that something I can download? Seems to speed up the workflow by a great deal!!

Amazing Video. If the luminosity mode is showing direction of light and flash is using color, why not just use the direct flash/window pull. Why fire another flash at 1/50 of a second? If the lights were on, wouldn't that just introduce more color issues? We shoot everything with lights on as we can not convince agent's to turn them off.
Also, how long does it take you to edit an entire house? I would love to see a real time video of a full shoot being edited even without commentary as I'm aware that would slow you down. Thank you as always!

All depends on how realistic you want to shot to look. Many agents love the lights on look. Also, the direct flash would result in hot spots, overblown highlights, and hard shadows.
