We can say it as cost of borrowing or cost of fund
Sir u had also discussed IEX as multibagger. But it is almost down by more than 50% and three is no sign of recovery. As it's monopoly was created by govt regulation, once govt allowed other company to do power trading all monopoly is gone.
Sir today I was attending one conference at indian habitat centre, new delhi organized by Confederation of Indian industry ( CII) and found that - waste management could be the very serious and game changing industry in going forward fir next 15-20 years or may be for life long.. So here I would expect a detailed video in group of waste management companies which are could be next mutibagger. Still I feel that we must target 3-4 good companies in this segement because it is very new age companies. And waste management is very vast topic - residential waste, electric waste, plastic waste, chemical plastic etc.....
