In my opinion I think the Markhyuck fight was because of stress and tiredness. They were doing promotions with NCT 127 and NCT dream so their schedules were probably really busy. Also, they were teenagers at that time so they were maybe moody . Their built up stress and frustration, and mood swings eventually caused them to take it out on each other.

Update: The MarkHyuck fight is finally explained. There was no fight in the first place. Haechan was simply confused with the initial position. He thought that they were performing trigger the fever so he went to the center. Mark simply reminded him that he's in the wrong position. About that part where Haechan didn't put his hand on Mark's shoulder, he explained that it wasn't even part of the original choreography. They explained it on their VLive. At first, they didn't even know what's happening in that video. Haechan explained that they simply had serious face and were confused. Again, no fight happened

Some of these mysteries can be kinda solved, it’s sad but lucente seemed to be a lack of funds and bad management. Pristin is bad management, too. Pledis is a terribleeeeee company and doesn’t do ANYTHING to help their idols. Jay Park is too outspoken and wild, he and JYP Ent. would have bad blood bc he would be hard to be controlled and put into the “good image” JYP idols have. MarkHyuck summer fight is just two friends who had a continuous disagreement, which happens between friends, it’s normal. They made up long ago and are good now. The last one is, again, bad management and a shitty company who was probably abusive towards their idols. The leader was probably silenced with the threat of legal action. Kpop entertainment companies can be terrible to their idols in many, many ways.
For me, it's also a mystery why three members of Cherry Bullet left the group and company at the same time and what happened to them. And only one of them re-debuted. No one knows about the other two ones.

On NCT Dream's recent vlive, Haechan explained that it was about who is going to start center. Haechan was confused with what song is next, which was between Trigger the Fever and We young. Jeno starts in center for We young and Haechan starts in the center for Trigger the Fever. They said that they probably looked mad when they were talking to each other, but according to the dreamies they said that they looked liked that because they were actually just concentrating and focusing on their performance. Pretty sure Jay Park has addressed why he left a few times. Mostly being Park Jinyoung seemed to be more concerned about his own solo projects than the artists and how he and Jay Park had "artistic differences." Every time he brought a song he produced for Park Jinyoung to listen to, it would get shutdown because it didn't fit his tastes. Same thing was done to GOT7's JB. To prove it even further, Jay Park left JYP to create his own successful label AOMG. Where he has complete control over the music he (and the artists in his agency) wants to release

Update: The MarkHyuck fight is finally explained. There was no fight in the first place. Haechan was simply confused with the initial position. He thought that they were performing trigger the fever so he went to the center. Mark simply reminded him that he's in the wrong position. About that part where Haechan didn't put his hand on Mark's shoulder, he explained that it wasn't even part of the original choreography. They explained it on their VLive. At first, they didn't even know what's happening in that video. Haechan explained that they simply had serious face and were confused. Again, no fight happened
