@@laviebanale 4 card sucks a## Crazy 4 is what you would want to look for. 4 card the dealer gets one more card that the player. I can not believe anyone plays it.
WRONG the longer your in the seat the better your shot at hitting three of a kind SF or taking down the progressive. Play one unit on pair plus and two units on Ante. STAY away from 6 card side bets, Do play the dollar if the game has a progressive.
Hi Alex, my name is Nicholas Walters and I've enjoyed watching your videos. It gives me an idea of how to play because I've been on 6 cruises with Norwegian Cruise Line and all the ones I went on have a casino including the games, Roulette and three Card Poker. I've seen how the game is played because I learn very quickly and when the dealer like you deals your cards, what would happen if you had a king and 4 as an example and the other player also had a king and 4, would that be a winner or would it have lost? Is it the same with all the other hands?
Also, if the dealer qualifies with a Queen or Higher and you still have like three of a kind or a pair as an example would those hands still win anyway?
This is my favourite game. The amount of hands I play blind is exponentially proportionate to the amount of alcohol I have consumed. It's so much better when you have a fun dealer and they turn them slowly for you.
This is probably the most "no skills required" casino game out there. Only one rule to know to play 'perfect' strategy....play if you have a Q-6-4 or better, fold if not.

Great beginners video. At least I know how to play the game now. Only thing I would have liked to learn beyond just how to play is I would have like to seen/ learned is, as a player how much should I be handling the cards. When should I handle them. What signs or communication am I looking for from the dealer. After handling cards as player where does the dealer want me to place the cards, when I'm playing as well as when I'm not. But still great video showing how to play.
The most valubale lessen in this video is: For Timmie to win at 3 card poker Timmie must first bribe his dealer friend. As soon as the brib chip was placed on the table and in the correct position for the brib, Timmie had the very next winning hand. Timmie was allowed to win one hand of 3 card poker. For every one white chip used in bribing of his friend.
I’ll be honest not many dealers enjoy dealing this game also here in the UK we have another bet called prime. If you have all one colour ie 3 black cards you win 3 to 1 however if you have 3 black cards and the dealer has 3 black cards then you get paid 4 to one
I recently found this video series. My strategy for 3 card poker is to put double my ante on the pair plus. I think pair plus is where the money is in this game.
To play every single hand is a recipe to lose all your money. The complete average hand in 3-card poker is Q-6-4. Therefore, the optimal strategy would be to play all hands greater than or equal to Q-6-4, and fold all hands worse.
If your high car is an A or a K play the hand no matter what your other 2 cards are. I've always done this and walked away profitable by some rather than none.

I wish you would have explained the hands better i felt like i was understanding until the last 2 hands how did he lose the last one with ace high??? And the second last one dealer didn’t qualify????? I’m confused
Yes you are. A queen is miminum for dealer to qualify. Dealer had a pair of threes in last hand and a pair of nines in second to the last hand. Both qualify as a pair is higher than a queen high.
You know, even if you have a crap hand, you can still bet because you never know. The dealer might not qualify either.
Wait if you can only play with q or better can't you just count those cards same so easy.
at the Casino I used to go to id tip the Dealers in Gift cards like $25 at star bucks if i had a Great night that way they didnt have to share it becouse they could take gifts at 50 value or less without splitting it with other dealers

Bonus bets are sucker bets. I see why Wizard Of Odds call it that. It is just a money suck and tricks you play crap hands.
Does a dealers straight or flush qualify to play? Or do they need the queen or higher regardless?

Do you have to hide your cards from the dealer?
It depends, some casinos don't let you touch the cards in 3 card poker. They show you your cards and then you get to decide whether to fold or play.

10 minutes in and I'm fuming. Never go in with less than a Q. A Queen might not always win but you have more of a chance to win than a 5 high.

If dealer’s hand beat player’s hand both straight. How do i pay?
It all depends. If both the dealer and the player have a straight, the dealer decides who has the highest hand so say if the dealer had a straight of 5 6 7 in different suits and the player had a King Queen and Jack of different suits, then the player's straight would win since he has higher cards.
Lose on ante and play, pay pair plus and pay ante bonus for the straight.

I’ve never played it, but if it’s a cheap $5 table it might not be too bad to put $100 down and martingale if you lose
