This team is the least they could offer to Aussies to practice . There is a strategy to select these guys only to confuse the line when Aussies play their daddy soon.

Navdeep Saini, he plays for Delhi and is 24 years old. He has played 17 First Class matches & has already picked up 50 wickets at an average of 22, most importantly with an economy of 2.7, therefore he keeps things tight. He doesn't bowl quick but that can be worked upon. He is a very good prospect for Team India, hopefully we will see more of him in the future. I'll be surprised if he goes unsold in the IPL auction, he's talented.

Well Shaun Marsh won't pass 50 for the rest of the tour now as he's made his one hundred. Does it every time he plays for Australia; one big score followed by huge masses of nothing. Why'd he have to do it in a tour game is the big question... I like to see that the selectors have also dropped Khawaja again after recalling him for the home summer on the basis of nothing. Great consistent selections yet again by Mark Waugh, Hohns and Greg Chappell...
I think you'll find Khawaja has been dropped because he has consistently failed against spin bowling in Asia. In his past 14 first-class innings in Asia, he has not passed 50.
I didn't say Khawaja did any better. I wouldn't have Khawaja on tour since he's failed in every test he's played outside Australia and NZ just saying Shaun Marsh averaged 30 in the shield and got an instant recall based on the fact he scored a century in SL (has a reputation for making a big score and nothing else) in his last test match. If that's the case why bother recalling Khawaja for the home series where he's bound to score runs when you know he'll fail everywhere else?
