@@DimitrasDishes my enthusiasm stems from learning how to cook all the greek dishes my mom made for me growing up. Including Κουλουράκια, Πασταφλορα and Μπακλαβά. Everyone's mom is the best cook and now I get to cook (as she doesn't) and we sit and enjoy them together...that is OMG WOW! I really like your channel Dimitra. I've never even heard of Graviera cheese. It's available via Amazon in the U.S. but I'll be in Spain tomorrow so I'll see if I can find some there. This looks great, and appears to be easy to make. I'm definitely going to make these when I get back with a big bowl of Avgolemono.
