I had short term dizziness not sure what from for over a week. I did alot of exercises and started taking a vitamin supplement which helped it go away. The combination which I found from research online is 500mg Magnesium, 50mcg D3 and 100mcg K2 altogether. I think the magnesium allows the D3 or K2 process better from my understanding. Give it a try. I can relate as that is a horrible feeling to deal with.
