I dont know why builders are providing fake commitment also they get away with it. Legally now pre-launch and token all the activity should be stopped and transparent system needs to be created. In Current process builder has upper hand. As the demands are high they are charging premium rates hiding many details. Consumer has too suffer. Hi, Don't know about ur case but let me take it point wise. 1. I have 7 confirmed buyers who are going for agreement and none of them were disappointed. All happy with their rates...which was 5 lacs lesser. 2. I only make videos for informational purposes and merely state facts of projects where I am convinced. 3. Since this is not a promotion why will I feel any shame...this is just the information broadcast, available in the market, on wider scale. 4. Builder is good and we have done good background check for the same. Not defending them but it is a fact. Regards
Austin builder is 3rd class...at Lush Austin Tathwade , foundation,concrete casting work is going in heavy rain..no quality structure check.. dangerous...

Haha. You wont get anything extra . you need to chase for the refund Now. They promised to give a refund next month. Builder/Sales agency sacked some of the sales people who did this mishap. Merely due to their mistake a few customers are suffering. Hope they will deliver what is promised. Unlike others atleast they have tried to fix their wrong doings.
You will not received any extra single penny. The builder is very smart he is giving cheque with date mentioned 2 months back. I have received a refund cheque for c building.
