Nick, for the backflip pike we should stretch proprely with this pike position .
Your favorite one is the backflip lazy stall because you are using it a lot in gainers .
The backflip rodeo is do with the roundoff because it's hard because it has 2 positions ,and it's to grab the ankles and to arch our backs behind .
The backflip full down is do off of trampolines or drops because it needs a lot of bounce, and you had a clip of doing a gainer full down off of a drop in 2015 .
