Yes he's good top, obv mid aswell since that's where he's usually played. You just wanna play safe around early game bullies like renekton, set, darius champs like them and ofc assassins like zed, akali since yone doesn't have much survivability until shieldbow or even other later defense items like deaths dance jacksho stuff like that.
Me personally I default to precision tree: fleet, absorb, alacrity (I think that's the one that gives attack speed) cut down. Second wind overgrowth.
