Hello!, I see you and I write from Argentina, your channel is very good and very entertaining, and the information you give is really very good and precise, I have been dedicated to motorcycle repair for 12 years and it is the first time that I see that someone teach as simple as that without secrets, really what you explain is what it is. To write to you and watch your videos I use the translator since my English is not that good, thank you very much for all of you, greetings!
Save yourself some money my friend. Just polish the nicks out of the combustion chamber and run it. The damage to the cylinder is above the rings so run that also. I don't think your problems with the piston are detonation. It looks like you need more ring gap. Also, if you're going over 500 hp you will definitely need 1/2" head studs
Great info. New things I didn't know an absolute amazing machine! Thanks, boosted You're definitely go over 200 mph on that thing😮😮 you melted my brain?
@JamesWilson-lg7bx yes it's bent in to fit in the fairings. It was cleaned but it doesn't matter if it appears dirty as long as it filters the bike is still going to produce the same amount of boost
@@Realboostedbikes You have? Thats awesome. It would keep the engine and combustion chambers little bit cooler, making it harder to knock, especially when going trought gears with full power. Also giving extra hp with cooler air being more dense. I would imagine you'd want water to air +water methanol injection for 600hp. Hope you run ethanol based fuel, because the cooling effect is going to be needed ever for 300hp. When the exhaust valve dishes start to glow, its like having glow plugs in the engine :D
@seahawkscram they're good for as much as you can throw at them honestly. I know a guy making 687hp to the rear wheel with them. Whatever you do replace the rod bolts with genuine ARP 2000, or upgrade or ARP L19 or ARP 625+ bolts
How'd you come to own this one b/c I didn't see how you found it or the deal surrounding this one? I guess I'm wondering if you bought her & paid a price knowing this day was coming? Of course IDKnow but I can't see you paying much knowing the while thing was gonna be a "War Zone" on the floor? Maybe you did know & that was the plan but I'm new enough to your channel that I'm not sure about you yet? Anyhoo, I 'm trying to understand more before you redo this whole deal? peace
So is the "Crack" in the header something that happens often in bikes or just in this particular bike & is there a reason this does occur? I guess I'm trying to know if this happens in a lot of bikes or just this rare case of it? Sorry bout all my questions but I'm trying to learn.... it's why I came. peace
@diggy-d8w I did a low quality video a few years back called "16 year old sells me a lemon hayabusa for 4500$" I redid the turbo kit completely on the bike from the original Hahn stage 1 turbo kit(junk) that was originally on it. This was my first time going through the engine. I wanted to make it 600hp+ capable.
@diggy-d8w cracking stainless headers is really common on turbocharged engines. The header is usually holding up the turbo, which adds a ton of weight to the header. That in combination with the added exhaust heat makes them cracking a really common occurance
Thanks for that, I kinda thought it might be related to this bike but I know so little that I just ASK ! Whatever it is, I'm saving for a bike so I look at a lot of channels to learn what I can. Thanks for your time & videos. peace
That's an incredible story.... from a kid? Well, you're a master at handling motors. it's almost mind boggling to me all the things one needs to know like the "hardness" of bolts & surrounding parts? At some point my having seen all of these videos will help in ways I never knew so I thank you for all the teaching, thanks
Turbo litre bikes, I'm here for it!
Liter? i mean i guess it has one liter and some more on top of that! an extra .3!
Good info on the valve springs!
Glad it was helpful!
Dude, I loved this build video! Good stuff. Feel free to make more videos like this...👍
@tomrynkewicz7674 these videos are going to be a more regular thing. Quality will go up too
@@Realboostedbikes look forward to it!

Nice job, well done.
All that nice work you did and appears you put the bent dirty filter on the suction side of the turbo?

Hi, Cool build! I was left wondering if you run an intercooler, I did not see one installed.
@foto-tz4tm no I have a water to air intercooler setup for the bike but I didn't think the extra 30lbs was worth the extra few hp

Dude am building a turbo busa and I was wondering if the max speeding rods are really good for 500+ HP

Saweet!!!'
All I can ask, after riding 300hp sleds, why?
Why not! Just because the power is there, don't mean you always have to use it.
True but I can't not use it 😂 so I'll refrain from turbo bikes thanks. Much respect though. He is a special type of crazy
A quick trip to hell
