I would've been sold if the MM700 RGB came in white, or at least a grayish color. Same thing with the K100! Like the K70 MK II, I hope the K100 gets a white/silver version.
Great question! The glide on both feels similar but the mm700 has the harder edge due to the RGB. The mm700 might actually feel slightly denser but that could be just Corsair making the mat feel slightly more premium.
Corsair doesn't but here's what I recommend that might be a possible solution. Let me know if you have any more questions or ideas! White keycaps: amzn.to/3Lqg7Sp Clear stickers: amzn.to/37IvGqH

Great question Duncan, yes and no. The MM1000 has a Qi charger in the pad where the MM700 does not. But the MM700 has a USB hub for the charging cable built into the pad like the MM1000.
I really hesitate between these two mouse pads ! The problem is that they cost 50 and 75 euros in France! aarrghh I also wanted to know if the edges of the mm700 rgb bothers you
After a few months of use, the edges don't bother me like I thought they would! Like I said in the video, it's all about if you want RGB or not. The price for something that you use every day needs to be exactly what you want because either of these mouse pads will be on your desk for years!
I'm gonna say right away that the MM700 RGB is not worth it. Because of the stitching and the edges being stiffer on the MM700 due to the RGB, it is way more exposed to warp issues that can't be flattened or ironed out as easily. I've had this happened on two MM700 that I bought. The MM700 simply sucks, it really doesn't take a lot to accidentally cause warp. I would rather buy the MM350 Pro or the bigger MM500 deskpad.
Thanks for your comment! My experience with the MM700 has just been, okay. I haven't had any warping which is good but I have never moved it since I got it. My problems have been with the RGB not always connecting. I have to unplug and plug it back in to reactivate it. Maybe my cable is going out. What I like about the MM700 is that I have little to no fraying on the sides of the edges due to the light strip. I think a gen2 of the MM700 has to come out soon so would be interested to see what they change for the warping issue you're having.
Thank you for this! I've been looking for these specific mousepads comparisons everywhere.
Happy to help!✌🏻

I'm totally with you man! 🤍

They look absolutely beautiful on any RGB keyboard🤩
So, we can say that mm700 its mm350pro but w rgb? Or its different? Like the way it feel when u slide and stuff, are they both control? Or not

I used my case with my phone and that caused issues with the gimbal LOL😭😭
Does Corsair sell white set of keycaps for the k100 with spanish layout??

How does it feel so far? I really want to get this
Loving the MM700 still! Feels very premium and the best pad I've used to date👍🏻
How are the edges now? Are they normal?
The edges on the 700 have not changed at all which is great! The MM350 have gotten softer and so serious fraying yet
Your setup is just 💦😮💦😮💦😮💦😮💦😮💦😮

Anyone know a good procedure to clean the MM350 Pro MP or any spill proof mousepads in general??
I should make a video about this, but using warm water in the bathtub with a nice cloth works well!
Wait is the 350mm pro with side stichting
The 350mm PRO has side/edge stitching, yes :)

why does my rgb corsair mm700 absorb water..?
Can you send me an insta DM? I can send you a video of how my mm700 is holding up after a few months and if it's similar to yours
porque absorben agua.. si te fijas en el video cuando esparce el agua, tiene una pequeña poza en la mm700, no es water proof, si absorbe agua
