I literally love this so much because I’ve struggled with ACM (acute confusional migraines) for the past 6 years! So for me most of mine are the lovely hospital ones but the more recent ones have been better! So thanks for this audio🫶
I personally benefit from dark chocolate just before a migraine, eating enough protein, drinking plenty of water & electrolyte drinks, taking deep breaths & stretching, and using a dehumidifier or fan for when it’s caused by weather changes. 💜

If I feel I migraine coming on I drink a coke, take some Excedrin, and go sit in a warm bath in the dark before laying down in bed.
Imitrex is magic if you can get an Rx.
Ibprofen and soda (Coca-Cola helps best) are my go to for migraines
