Your teaching style. The flow at which you present the material. Somehow nailing the content delivery perfectly between not too rudimentary and not too professional. This is why your tutorials are some of the best on TH-cam. Thanks for all your help over the years.
Excellent techniques, the truth is that it is not important to know how to use photoshop, the important thing is to know which effect to use and when to use it, it is much more important to know the technique, you are great at this, if you repeat these techniques with the updated photoshop program in the future, the photoshop will be updated. It will also be useful for those who use it with the menu, good work, healthy days..
Thank so much for your clips that I have been looking for a long time. It is very helpful for sure but there is one point I cann't get it. It is at the 4:52 of the video where when I tried to add the clouds into the mask, it shows the dense clouds rather than the thin one. Can you please tell me why? Appreciate it.
Make sure your foreground and background colors are correct. Also, there's a glitch in the latest version of PS that paints in the background color instead of the foreground color.
Hey very helpful video, one question, how do you manage the lines which vome in straight lines, there's not much realistic diffusion just one straight line. How to manage that?
Sorry, I'm not sure I understand your question. I used the word "radius", which is interchangeable with "tolerance". The Tolerance is based on brightness levels that range from 0 to 255. Setting the Tolerance to 0 selects one color only. Setting the Tolerance to 255 selects all colors - the entire image. I suggested using 7, which takes into account colors that almost pure white, as well.
@@BLTV_Photoshop Perfectly clear.. I was looking for "radius" in my panel, and could not find it. Hence my question. Thanx for clearing it up. Now I learned that radius and tolerance means the same.
The direction of the light is based on the position of the radial blur's center. In he preview window, if the center isn't positioned correctly, the angle of the light won't be correct.
Sorry to hear your image doesn't look like mine. Please check a few things on your document - 1) After you make a layer mask next to the folder and before you add the clouds filter, make sure your foreground and background colors are black and white respectively (th-cam.com/video/pWLFavT2ecc/w-d-xo.html). 2) Make sure the Blend Mode of the window shapes inside the folder is Linear Dodge. (th-cam.com/video/pWLFavT2ecc/w-d-xo.html)
Your videos are very informative and I have learnt a lot, but, I have to say “why does it sound as though you are speaking to a class of 4 year olds??????”
I appreciate your comment & question. Fortunately, the vast majority of my viewers likes my voice. They've commented innumerable times that my delivery is re-assuring, calm and easy to understand.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "it shows the dense clouds rather than the thin one". 🤔
wow, thank you
amazing sir 🤍 big fan from Syria 🇸🇾
I had to use eraser to remove extending rays. Brush only make it more visible in my case. But all other things worked perfectly, thank you!

Dope!
very useful
iam always waiting for new videos
I always waiting your new tutorial...

Filter > Blur > Motion Blur
@@BLTV_Photoshop thanks! Didn't expect a reply so fast
for some reason i cannot brush out light over spray at stated at 5:47. i backed up several times, nothing. any suggestions?? thx.
You may have your foreground and background colors inverted or you may not have the layer mask active.
Thank you
Sir, may I know which Photoshop version you use?😅
CC 2021. FYI: I write the versions in the videos' descriptions, which are the below the videos.
I wish all Americans could speak English as clearly as Marty does. I would understand everyone.
I think he is not American that is why he speaks softly and speaks well English.
How much to become a patron ?
There are 6 levels offered starting at $2 per month.
molto bello
I may be picking, but on 0:54, how do you select a radius in magic wand tool?

Is your audio in just channel 2 at the intro?
I just checked. Yes, you're right. I'll need to fix this issue immediately. Thanks for the heads up!
thank you...
The light appear stretched horizontally instead of vertically. Any idea why?
The direction of the light is based on the position of the radial blur's center. In he preview window, if the center isn't positioned correctly, the angle of the light won't be correct.
How do you change the color of the rays?
Use the Hue/Saturation" adjustment layer and make sure "Colorize" is checked.
@@BLTV_Photoshop Thanks, Ill try it out :)
Why you choose camera raw and not just curve filter
Camera Raw gives us more control than Curves.
thank you
This is not @piximperfect tutorial.
:)
I think theres a step missing after adding clouds. Mine is nothing like that.
