There are a lot of study techniques suggesting about studying in blocks of 25 minutes and having breaks of 5, it's useful but in some cases maybe not.
So I like the way you are in your desk approximately 90 minutes in a row, because in some circumstances we need more than 25 minutes to fulfill with our duties. There are some processes where being focused with no interruption, it's the only way to embody the target.

I totally agree with you, sometimes using study techniques can help but other times you might get into a flow and don’t want to stop or have projects where you need to continue working for longer than 25 mins. I end up recording different length videos because I often end up working for longer periods of time. Glad you liked the video! 😊

I read your description, and I saw that you work in HR. How nice! I'm interested in working in that area too in the future, but it pays relatively low in my country so I'm not so sure :/ May I ask your opinion on it? I'm actually majoring in a degree that would most probably lead me to HR so 😅 Thank you for the study with me video btw 💗 I used it while studying hehee!

That’s great to hear that HR is an area of interest. I had the same experience where I studied Psychology which is a degree which naturally leads lots of people into HR. I would agree that pay within HR can be low but from my experience the way I was able to get a higher pay was firstly working as a consultant (when you work in a specialist HR role where you offer solutions or expertise you’re able to get a higher pay because the company values you a lot more) and secondly, not being afraid to ask for a higher pay if you believe you deserve it ( I had a 2nd job offer which had a higher pay and I used that to convince my current job to increase the pay they offered me by showing that other companies were willing to pay me more- even if you don’t actually have a 2nd offer the same concept applies ❤) I’m so glad to hear the video helped!
