Great device that our kids and grand kids use to send pics of their families, which now includes 7 great grand kids. To see them come up over and over never gets boring. Around 800 different photos on our frame now. It is an awesome gift for keeping in touch with growing families and friends.
No mention of how to transfer from computer or external device or hard drive to frame (some don't have them on phone, but as files), how to delete photos in gallery, etc. Maybe next video, huh? 8-)
When you send a picture with your smartphone to your digital photo frame via Wi-Fi, does it store in the cloud or internal storage in the digital photo frame?
Can we set a remote admin for the frame? Say we gift this to our grandma who lives in a different state and after some time we'd like to clean up some of the photos that were sent to the frame from different people throughout the years. Can we do that remotely if we initially set it up? Can we also troubleshoot it remotely if need be? Since the code expires, will we have access to the code creation (aka add a friend) option remotely without having our grandma manually find it out for us?
I purchased this for my mother as I live in a different country to her. She sent me the code and the frameo app for only let me share 10 photos with her. Completely useless as I'd set up an album with over 200 photos and was hoping I would be able to share them to the frame. What a waste of money.
Trying to just add pictures from an SD card. It is impossible without all the apps on the phone and internet connection. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR A NON TECHY PERSON!!!

Does it have 32GB of build in memory or 16GB? Because the problem description on Amazon says 32GB but the video on the af picture says 16GB.

It only allows 10 at a tune. You can send way more than that.
