2019 Honda Odyssey Elite: Start Up, Walkaround, Test Drive and Review

- Today we check out a Minivan! In today's video we take a look at the 2019 Odyssey Elite! My favorite feature of this car is the cabin talk and the camera! It's gives you a great view all the way to the third row and you don't have to yell for the kids in the back to hear you, you can talk right through the speakers in the vehicle. The exterior has a great look and the interior is very clean looking and has a nice touch of carbon fiber. This definitely has a lot of storage space and is purpose built for hauling 8 people to and from whatever location and has plenty of room for those 8 people.

The transmission sucks and the gas pedal lag is worse
All 2018-19 Honda Odyssey Elite's come with 19 inch rims. As for the 110 MPH top speed it is governed. The 2011 through 2017 are governed at 120 MPH. Both Generations could exceed much greater speeds if not. Why they do this is unsure, especially when they have H Rated tires that are rated for 130 MPH! With a drag coefficientcy of 32 the 18 and 19 can theoretically reach 150 MPH. I am sure insurance companies have something to do with this! Boring facts but interesting just the same. This van would be as quick as my one-time 87 Mustang GT 5.0! And could easily out handle it and out brake it! Welcome to the world of 6 second 0-60 minivans! Just another cool fact! Well at least I think it's cool! While many people don't like minivans they are in fact the most practical vehicle on the road today by far! Buy one you will feel much smarter about yourself and who cares what people think!

Curious what you paid 10 months ago. I am considering a 2019 Elite to replace my 09 EX-L. $39,9.00 w/42K miles. Considered a steal in today's market. Local, 1-owner car but no certification. 2 years ago, it probably would have cost in the mid-20s.

We have a 2011 Honda Odyssey ex-l as a family hauler it has 93,000 miles and its An amazing minivan to take on vacations.

I have 150,000 on my 09. Never had a transmission problem. I change the oil every 30K.
